T-Mobile reps, help with question please...

Current:
Familytime 1000 (3 lines) $79.98
Unlimited Family text $19.99
Blackberry e-mail only $9.99
Total of $110 a month

Proposed:
EvenMore Plus 750 (3 lines) $74.99
Blackberry (full)$25.00
Total of $100 a month

Saving $10 a month...

Couple of questions:

1. What's with the $35 charge ($70 total) to change the plan? Is there any way to avoid it?

2. My wife only needs the Blackberry email feature, like she has now for $9.99. Is there any way to keep that?

BTW, Howard did a super job on the phone this morning. I've always liked T-Mobile's customer care.

Any suggestions?

UGH

Why oh why do people call into their cell phone company and when we ask for their ptn, they have no idea!!!!!

Saying "I never call myself" is no excuse...
"Give me a minute to find it" is even worse... you called us, re-re!

At least have the intelligence to call from your cell so we can pull the caller ID.

me-so you dialed this # back, i answered and said thank you for calling. but somehow I called you?....how about you just give me your wireless #, or get off my line!

i didn't really say that, wish i could though.

I stole my husband's BB

A while back I stole my husband's BB because I had to jobs and I needed a phone I could schedule my job as a substitute. Now at the call center I am full time so I am only substituting one day a week, not always that often.

So my husband wants his BB back. I don't want to give it back. It's mine.

. . .gotten a customer who is nice as hell on the phone with you, courteous, polite, and then right before they hang up say something completely nasty about you to someone sitting next to them.

Example, we say the closing and farewells, and this one guy literally said "Naw, it was just some worthless b***h from Sprint."

. . . REALLY!?!?

Bribes at work

What are they currently offering you as an incentive at work? They want everyone that calls in to give us a 5 on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best, so they are off erring us coupons they cut out of a newspaper. If I want $1 off a sandwich I can cut it out of the paper myself.

Customer Service and Tech Support at Verizon Wireless

Well the waits are going to stack up with Verizon firing 75 reps in there Albuquerque Call center over the last few days. Its getting rough when the SW regional VP has to fly in to correct the issues that local management has botched up so well. They took away WDTS from you customers and started hiring "Careordinators".... Now the latest with all the firings with more to come. Be worried customer service, and tech support. You are expendable, you work for a corporation that does not value your loyalty, or a positive work ethic. Its all about the almighty dollar. I worked in tech support in Albuquerque. Hiring

We get like 20 ppl a week now asking if we are hiring. Its really annoying for two reasons: we aren't, and they are the least qualified ever!

I've seen some of these applications. Misspellings, no education, lack of job for like years, etc. Plus they will come in wearing clothes like your going to get fast food, not a professional who is applying for a job.

I would've expected with tough times we would be getting better applicants that understand what getting a job is all about, bringing resume's, references, and well groomed.

Did I miss the memo?

worst bosses

so ive had a few bosses before that i absolutly despised to the point to which i would day dream about shoving there rules down their throat and quiting 🤣 i used to work in a retail store while in college and the store was awsome, everything was great for like 6 months. then we got a new hire which was another manager and she was so airheaded i didnt knw how she got the job, anyway she made a policy were we had to get a certain amount of customers to get a membership card or we would lose hours until finaly we were let go. nw this was a desinger shoe store and most of the customers ALREADY had memberships but it was not required. it got so bad that every customer tht walked through the door was asked like 30 times if they would want a m...

C- My wife needs a new phone. She has one of those upgrades that has a $100 credit. Also, I wanna price match. I want the $100 off the phone and a match.

M- We'll see what we can do. (i look up his account and see that it's only add-a-line upgrade. NOT a new every two)

M- Okay sir, it turns out that your wife does not have the $100 discount. (i go on an explain what's going on)

C- THAT'S BULLSH*T! I GOT A FLYER IN THE MAIL THAT SAID SHE DID!!!

M- Sir, if you bring the flyer in, i can honor it, but without proof, and without any notes on the account, i cannot do what you're asking me to do.

C- (slams down paper with online pricing written out on it with website names... most said free.) Then match these prices.

Stinky Coworkers

so i hav some stinky coworkers that everytime i c them come into the restroom while im using the urinal and they go into a stall im like woo im glad i came before them! 🤣 theres also this old guy tht i catch occasionaly in the restroom and hes always chekin himself out in the mirror while he passes gas! 😳 i hav no idea wat he is doin but it makes me sick. anyone else have some stories like that? 👀

compare the Alias 2 vs. Envy Touch

I currently have the LG8300. I love the phone, but I am beginning to want to have more flexibility and options.

I like the Alias 2 design and e-ink technology. However, despite both phones getting very high reviews everyone I spoke with tells me that the Touch is just plain superior.

How can I get a real comparison of these two phones?

Training SUCKS!!!

So i just started working as a CSR this week and we have to be up at 6am every morning until 2:30. Now normally i wouldn't have a problem with getting up that early, but with some of the things we go over, i just wanna slam my head into the wall. I don't understand why you need to be taught how to be nice and considerate towards customers. Shouldn't it just come naturally? On top of that, i have to deal with this for five weeks. I guess i can't complain too much as i am now finally making money. Anyone have any suggestions as to what i could do to end this insomnia i have so i can function in the morning?
