We're soooo busy......

....that I've had exactly one 2 min call in 2 and a half hours! I'm bored!!!!

So yesterday at work I'm setting up a new line for a kid his mom is the one setting it up and half way through the sale ๐Ÿ‘€ an SBD slips out, of course I say nothing, and the mother blames her child for the heinous stench that fills the room, no more tacos for lunch.

Smoke breaks....

Does anyone else find it extremely irritating, when you're at work on a smoke break and some stranger, walks up to you and asks for a cigarette, then feels like he is obligated to stand next to you and either A) Create an awkward silence as you both look at each other and not say one word or B) Forced to make small talk with this person knowing you will never talk to that person again. Just take the damn cigarette and go away.

im about to start training next week. i still have a phone with the old company i used to work for. is there an employee rate plan or discount? do employees get a break on the phone or do they give you one?

what is it with today

every call i get today is a bunch of bull. people all mad about there bill and they want to escalate every call. usually i get one call every two weeks i have to give to my sup. to day i have had 7!!! ๐Ÿ‘ฟ

UGH

I am not a sales agent. I am normally in another deparment at my job and today they thought hey lets stick Olly in sales. I have been in sales all flipping day and lets just say I suck at it. I can not make a sale to save my life and to make matters worst I am here for another 2 hours. Can this day get any worst?

i work at call center and tried of not getting commission for any phones i sell.. so my buddy offer me job @ a verizon indirect store i just wondering if it good money or if i should try at corp.

classic ustomer traps

Ever get calls that go like this?

me: hi thanks for calling sprint how can i help you?

custโ˜น๏ธ in a very kind voice) hi this is mr dumbo, how are you today?

me: good, how are you?

cust: (changes to a serious tone) im not doing good right now, listen i want....


sometimes i think they dont ask you how youre doing out of habit but they do it on purpose so they can respond to you by saying "theyre not doing good for such and such phone issue"

how about this one. cust ask to pay bill with a credit card, they know how much the due bal is but when you try to run the card it goes back with insufficient funds.

cust would then act surprised and ask to process for a lower ammount until you go down to the lowest possible ammou...

Yeah no more Sprint!

So I get to work today and the boss says I can go home early. They are not going to sell Sprint anymore and until further notice, I'm out of a job.
Glad I don't sell Sprint, sad I don't have income. It's not rocket science, they shouldn't have put a Sprint store here to begin with.

I see your two work trucks across the street from me. I give you till noon to get the heck out (heck because I am on my last warning but I really mean to drop an f-bomb. I dont know what they are up to but it looks shady. And I dont mean "I have a hooker ion my truck shady either.
