Hey man, this is my job like it or leave it. We also troubleshoot all the phone problems and problably save ATT, Verizon, Sprint, Tee Mow Bile, millions in CSR calls. You get people like yourself who think every company will replace us. I don't know one fortune 500 company that doesn't utilize a good sales force. A good sales force will bring in twice as much true revenue then a computer ordering system. ...
Re: Gotta love the chargebacks!

I will keep my SERO, so this is what Hesse comes out with :( I am a little disappointed in this, he sits on his hands then doesn't come out with a lower price point! Many will see the same 99 price point and will still wonder why should I choose sprint.
i agree.. they should have an option with just unlimited voice for $75.00
and if you want to have texted and internet etc pick the $99 plan

25% markup? What are you smoking? Suggested retail is often LESS than what an authorized dealer pays for a phone. At most, there is a $20-30 price difference between cost & suggest retail.
I see an average of $30-50. 25% of 200 = %50. Thus, in my experience, there is a 25% markup. The percentage goes lower on higher end devices, and higher on lower end devices. I've never seen an MSRP on a ...

Phantom Churn! Store reps telling customers that they can upgrade their phone but they need to get "a new number." The poor cust doesn't even realize that they have a second line, then my numbers look bad because I have to cancel the old number and explain to the customer why the rep did what they did. That is the worst thing to have to do. How do you explain that a customer service store ...

No, it is not a mistake to come to Sprint. The network is by far the best. The only downfall is their phone selection isn't as big as verizons, but their are still some good phones at sprint. the only people that have promblems with customer service are retards who want everything for free
lol.. um disregard that last statement please :D

It probably costs each carrier about $3 per month per line so, Shoota, your argument would carry weight if that cost was a lot higher, but since it isn't...Lakers is absolutely correct, every cell carrier offers their employees/3rd party dealers a huge discount on the service, handsets, and in some cases, features as well. I know of one cell carrier that offers the Blackberry service for free to its employees as an example along with unlimited text. ...
Re: Funny
but Cingular only allowed two employee phones compared to the 30 per employee sprint currently offers...
and it costs money for all these people getting free service.. roaming, data charges etc.. its not cheap... and sprint cant even offer merit raises this year? .. i just feel its wasteful

How is he greedy? You don't know any of the details about his situation and you're basing that opinion off of chainmail stating Sprint owes him money. What if they do? Pretty strange...
first off 3rd party reps shouldn't get 20 service for unlimited everything.. second even if they do owe him money he made it back from all the free service he has been receiving.. so in other words it's a wash.. ...

And why would Best Buy be interested either? Did Best Buy recently mention changing from a retailer to ...
