Sprint screwing an Employee ?

I currently work for Sprint Corp and have for the past 2 years. I have always been full-time, and a great employee, I have the highest ranking Csat in my district, for those that don't know what it is that's a customer satisfaction survey they do, out of 100 possible i rank 99.99 for the last 6 months, with over 70 surveys, needless to say I am an asset to Sprint.

Well in the middle of December I almost died, due to a double ruptured appendix with absess and severe bacterial poisoning.
I was in the hospital well over a week, had surgery, lost 30lbs of muscle, and it took me over 2 months to recover, in fact almost 3 months later I am still on anti biotics and suffer some sickness due to bacterial infections.

đŸ˜ŗ Damn dude that is ****ing jacked up bs! Sry that is happening to you bro. Sprint needs to pull their head out and get it together! Do you see any resolution to this, besides an attorney?

Well that is the last thing i want to do just cause of the hassle and money, but I think if it does get resolved by my next paycheck, It will be my Attorney and a Judge talking to them.

Yeah hopefully they come correct noone deserves that treatment! I bet it works out, but damn thats got to be frustrating as hell!

Jaden I'm sorry to hear about your accident. I work with someone who is still trying to get paid from her short term dis. and the company was refusing to give her the money she's owed. I say go get a lawyer's opinion, think about it if it was Sprint vs Jaden they would have no problem going after you. They tend to not mess with people who know their rights. I know there's a guy that slipped and fell on Sprint's property sued now is a millionaire and still works for the company because they cannot touch him. Goodluck with everything keep us posted.

Well its been, 7 days later almost 2 weeks from the time I should of recieved payment, I recieved emails saying all my tickets have been closed, but with no response to "whats happening" they just say its been closed and if i want I can fill out a customer satisfaction form.

SO my question now is.... Well WTF is happening lol ? Am i getting paid, was i denied like before etc ? I checked my bank account to no avail.
Looks like I need to call. 🙂

Have you asked your manager to help you with all of it? That's what they are there for.

Hopefully they'll sort it for you soon, best of everything with your recovery.

So its been almost a month withouut pay,
Sprint says they fixed it and I will receive my pay next pay day

So thats 4 weeks without pay so far, lucky i save huh ?

I really hope they get it right the first time around, although sprint isnt so known for that ☚ī¸

So finally pay day arrives, and guess what Sprint still has not paid me correctly !!!!!!!
Its been a month, I am so pissed!
I spent literally hours on the phone with them, with them assuring me it was going to be handled correctly.

dude, he's NOT a volunteer worker for Sprint. he works also for the money. if you DO NOT value your hard-earned money (or if you beg to your mom for money, or if you rob banks, mug people, or earn money in the slots, I'll understand.)

i may be harsh on my words Shoota, but better read the top message first. and i've been there. and guess what ... a gunshot wound after being mugged ... how's that sound?

BTW, jaded_at_sprint, if you have a friend who's a lawyer, better ask advice first. advice before action.

That or your district sales manager or call center manager, in other words- your boss's boss.

Managers are there to be advocates for reps in that sort of situation.

So amid BS asnwers and EHL Tickets and promises of "on your next pay date". Sprint still has yet to pay me, My manager is getting involved but I feel bad for him on having to deal with it too.
I have been hung up on when calling EHL, I have been lied to on what was happening had tickets closed with no resolve with emails stating it has been fixed.
I am so unbelievably let down by Sprint, that they would do this to a long term and good employee. Everyone wants to "get back to me" or "I fixed the issue and on your next paycheck you will get paid"

WTF SPRINT !!! I am doing my job, do yours as my employeer !! PAY ME !!!

I am feeling like a customer with a billing error. 😡

my question is: are you really gonna sell phones for these people after this fiasco? Can you look at a customer in the face and tell them Sprint is a good solution?

I too have been screwed over by Sprint, which makes it a little harder to sell.

Stuff happens dude. That sucks. Get a Lawyer, but good luck with that. I would just find a different employer.
