What the hell Sprint...

I have had Sprint for over two years and have been living in an area that Sprint doesn't service for over 1 year. I emailed Customer Care to find out when my contracts end so I could go with someone who does provide service here. I got an email back stating the following:

"contract end dates of 01/30/2010. These contracts were extended due to the promotional discount of 10% off every month that was accepted on 01/31/2008."

They were supposed to end in May of 2008.

HOWEVER, I NEVER called, wrote, spoke, or anything with someone from Sprint to extend my contract. Futhermore, my bill is $150/month so why would I sign up for 2 more years to get $15 off each month living in an area that they don't provide service to.

I already did and the gentleman that I spoke with was very nice and noted my account greatly to correct the issue. However, it shouldn't have happened in the first place.

well yeah but your are g2g now. Hesse will fix all that, it's a new Sprint just sit back and wait for the NUKES!!!
