I would get one
As an iPhone user, I would get one of this model. iPhone hasn't changed one bit (except for software) since the original 4GB model in 2007. A dual screen flip smart phone is a terrific idea. Nice going MOTO.
Lost
Just goes to show how far Republicans are lost. Especially Republicans in the NE. Republicans are supposed to be about limited government, not expanding it.
IOS7
To me, it looks more like a copy of Win8 with thinner fonts, and without all the "live" tiles. I don't like it, but I didn't have a say in how it looks.
IOS7 Jobs rolling in his grave
As a long time Mac user, I have to say I can't stand the look of the new phone OS. What made the Mac and iphone OS cool was the 3-D look. Shadows, and a "real" looking yellow note pad, this flat look is almost cartoon-ish. Why is Apple following the lead of M$?
iPhone - Tmob
OK, when the iPhone came out, I still had my Dash, the one BEFORE the 3G Dash. Then I picked up an Original 4GB iPhone and unlocked it. It's been great! Now it feels long in the tooth because of the network speeds. My iPhone still connects at EDGE speeds. The S 4G looks like a fantastic Android model so I think it's upgrade time.
Re: this app...
Well, I got the software to correctly interpret the same friday phrase, with punctuation. I said "for a friday comma today sucks" pausing just a bit between speaking the words 'comma' and 'today'. This software rocks. and I'm using a 2G 4GB model. A oldie, but a goodie.
Nexus One petition
You've heard (and seen) the buzz about the new Google phone ... problem is TMob and Google only allow ONE 500 minute plan for the subsidized price of $180. In other words, new clients only and leaving loyal clients and family plan users in the cold. (or pay the $530 and use the phone on your plan)
There is a live online petition to try and change thier ways, please sign it. Lets see if we can get the phone. ...
Re: Sending SMS to multiple people
I regularly send sms messages to multiple addresses. It's just like adding them with an email client.
Re: dash syncing on macbook
For free? No. Mark Space makes a good syncing program called "The Missing Sync for Windows Mobile" Syncs my Dash and G4 FW800 Mac effortlessly.
no wifi?
Full disclosure here, I'm a former sprint client that moved to Tmob. I have a device that has wifi and LOVE IT. If this device is so cool, why does it lack wifi?
Re: Loyal 2 Apple + Anti Cingular = Aw crap...
I agree with the original poster, I've been VERY loyal to Apple, but I'm not a Cingular client, and I can help it, I won't ever be. I use T-mob and I'm thinking ... it works on their GSM network, will it work on mine? I just started reading about the new handset, so we'll see. Relax everybody, we are six months away from the release.
Re: This or the RAZR?
I just got a V360 yesterday, it ROCKS. The Razr for me was an all too common site, everybody has one!
Re: T-Mobile Absolute Worst Company I've ever dealt with
First off, the word you are trying to spell is "corporation". And yes, I do own a bit of DT. Feel free to go to any wireless company of your choosing. I just thought the crappy handsets over at that other company might suit you better.
Re: Help!.. possible new customer
Dude ... CHILL. This guy is asking a few questions. On second thought, please do us all a favor and punch yourself in the face a few times, maybe you will knock some sense into yourself.
Re: T-Mobile Absolute Worst Company I've ever dealt with
I agree, what a whiner!! Go back to VZW and the crappy phones they have there. We don't need you here.
Re: What provider will carry this phone?
I'm very impressed, a CDMA carrier will actually get a cool handset. After all the pushing that VZW has done with the Treo 700, I'm glad I'll be moving to a GSM carrier soon.
Re: Crippled Bluetooth
When you go to get the phone, ask the sales rep if the phone has Bluetooth OBEX profiles. That is the ability to connect (and pair) with your computer to transfer files to and from your A920. The LG 325 does NOT have OBEX, and I'm fairly certain this model doesn't either. It's a real shame that Sprint and VRZ don't allow the handsets to perform the way they were suppossed to. The GSM carriers allow OBEX which is ...
Re: Dressed in black...
It's about time SPRINT. I agree, lets wait and see if the full features are enabled. BT, stereo headphones, that sort of thing.
Re: Why Sprint???
Really? I knew you could change phones on a CDMA network, (who hasn't changed?) but I thought they were more secure. OK, you'd be right then, the "stolen phone theory" just flew out the window.

well you see, now we know! Thanks for the info by the way. Again, I don't see what SIM cards have to do with it and making the network more unreliable...
But again it must be me.
-Frenchie-
Exactly atmospheric conditions, tower proximity, quality of handset, network traffic make an impact on your call not a SIM card
I think what Spike was asking is, there is some debate as to reliability, security wise. Why are GSM networks deemed a ...
Re: Charge for Cust Service
if your company would allow Bluetooth OBEX profiles I could do my own Phonebook transfers to and from my computer and let you get back to the other stuff

not the razr thats the v1150 or something like that.... god man u guys r sum stupid dumb dumbs.....theres gonna be another new razr coming out soon but its not the v1150
OK, lemme see if I can decode that. The V3x announced the other day is the RAZR replacement. it is what used to be called the v1150 - It uses WCDMA, has two cameras, Bluetooth, you know the rest. MOTO says it should be out Q4 this ...
Re: New Motos?
I'm won't be surprised if they wind up not carrying it.
Re: New Motos?
Did I read that correctly? The CDMA RAZR on Verizon? Sprint is saying "no thanks"?
Charge for Cust Service
Since the start of the month Verizon has begun to charge in-stores for many customer service tasks. If you go into a Verizon store, you will find that there will be a $15 processing fee for all ESN changes, phone upgrades (excluding New Every 2 upgrades), and telephone number changes. In addition, there will be a $10 fee for all phonebook transfers. However, the full extent of these changes is starting to take effect. Now, these terms will also ...
New Motos?
Any bets on if we see ANY of the new phones Moto has announced? How about the new "Q" I think it's a GSM model also. Sure gotta hand it to those boys, that make some attractive handsets
Re: Why Sprint???
I don't think I could add much to what the good Captain and Spike have said. I will say this, I am a part time developer of ringtones and I give away more than I sell. The other thing I'll say is the level of frustration with Sprint goes beyond this forum. I have visted other sites like this and although is it hard to gauge accurately, I would say the furstration level is growing. I might be ...
Re: Why Sprint???
Call tones? now THAT is a worth while feature!! What if you wanted to share your Superphonic ringtones with a friend? What if ... like I've done, you created your own ringtones and wanted to share them? I could email them, (and hope it makes it, the "network" has a 20% success rate uploading my pictures) but why not "beam" them over via BT? What if a real estate agent wanted to beam over a few pictures of a ...
Re: Why Sprint???
What a stupid argument ... I stay with CDMA providers because they make handsets that are lame , that nobody wants to steal.
Re: Why Sprint???
Please explain why GSM phone are insecure. Please name one wireless virus.
Re: Sprint has not kept up!
Thanks for the info -- Great story in infoweek. Don't know if you saw my other post about my T608, it's great, I love it, but it's buggy. Glad you like your BB, but not sure if I would get one. It seems to me they are corvettes and I'd never get it out of second gear. I did look at a Treo 650 the other day and it seemed kinda heavy.
Re: Online Survey
ok, one handset and three PDA's. But the one handset has crippled BT. What about the pda's? Are they capable of contact/phonebook syncing? Graphics to and from the PC? what about MP3's? Minus the mp3's, I can send and recieve all this on my T608. So why don't I quit bitching and just keep my T608? Because it has some bugs and no support.
Re: Sprint has not kept up!
No, no, I appreciate the help, I wasn't intending to sound bitchy. if I'm wrong about something, I'm happy to eat crow! :D I just think I'm right about this. I did some searching about wireless viruses, can't find a one!
"Some hot products, such as the BlackBerry PDA, are effectively immune, says Joe Hartmann, Trend Micro’s director of North American antivirus research."
Re: Online Survey
am I a "whiner"?
Re: Sprint has not kept up!
Let me be clear ... You are correct ... it is a part of the revenue stream. If i said only, I was wrong.
Re: Online Survey
How many BT handsets do they carry? Last I checked it was one. Do you have some scoop on the "increasing" number of handsets? (I don't count the Treo because it is a PDA.) My reply to your suggestion is I probably will switch come the end of my contract. My next suggestion is for you to do a quick search on Tmob for BT handsets. The other day I counted five, including the two Blackberrys. Doesn't Sprint sell ...
Re: Sprint has not kept up!
Please name a wireless virus. The idea that limiting a handset capability in the name of network security doesn't make sense to me. The fact is the CDMA carriers want users to get ring tones, transfer pictures, and such only on their network, thats one way they make money. If a user can transfer data to and from a handset not using the wireless network, that represents a threat to the money stream. I did a google search for ...
Re: Online Survey
where should I start? Lack of Bluetooth or I send up a picture to be "shared", the process only works two times out of ten?
Re: Online Survey
You aren't going to hammer me for "whining"?
Re: Online Survey
I agree. I was very honest and told them what I thought. My carrier has good customer service, I've never had any problems, I expressed that. I also told them about the dropped calls, etc. With millions of clients, they look for trends I'm sure.
