I got a letter asking to take part in an online survey asking about how to improve Sprint. Anybody else get the same thing?

Hey.

I always get surveys when it comes to the wireless industry from many carriers. They always ask how they can improve service, customer care, quality, new products and other things. I think it is quite fun to be frank very important and could show an indication that the carrier wants to do better to try to improve consumers’ services and get them better products so they can be happy. It is all about keeping your customers as well as offering services that outperform the industry. What was your thought on the survey?

I agree. I was very honest and told them what I thought. My carrier has good customer service, I've never had any problems, I expressed that. I also told them about the dropped calls, etc. With millions of clients, they look for trends I'm sure.

Yea, that is quite true. It is always good to be honest with these surveys because they are trying to help you to improve your service at the company and offer more products. Yea, with millions of clients and potentially millions more they are always looking for improvements of services and to offer more products that suits you and your needs.

when you say "lack of bluetooth" are you *whining* about the low number of bluetooth-enabled phoned offerred by sprint (which is increasing steadily) or about the *crippled* bt that their bt phones have (my response to that would be to shut up and switch to gsm)?

How many BT handsets do they carry? Last I checked it was one. Do you have some scoop on the "increasing" number of handsets? (I don't count the Treo because it is a PDA.) My reply to your suggestion is I probably will switch come the end of my contract. My next suggestion is for you to do a quick search on Tmob for BT handsets. The other day I counted five, including the two Blackberrys. Doesn't Sprint sell a BlackBerry?

Let me try to address your questions.

“How many BT handsets do they carry?”

I believe its one phone.

“Do you have some scoop on the "increasing" number of handsets?”

It will be increasing.

“Doesn't Sprint sell a BlackBerry?”

Yes.

“How many BT handsets do they carry?”

I actually said one, but when I reviewed some more phones especially via phonescoop, it mentions that they have four phones.

(https://www.phonescoop.com/phones/finder_res ults.php?m=s&car=r&ca_1=y&f38r=r)

They are as follows; Research In Motion BlackBerry 7250. LG PM-325, Audiovox / UTStarcom PPC-6600 / PPC-6601 / XV6600 (HTC Harrier), and PalmOne Treo 650 (CDMA).

I hope that helps and I am sorry for the lack of research on my part for this matter.

ok, one handset and three PDA's. But the one handset has crippled BT. What about the pda's? Are they capable of contact/phonebook syncing? Graphics to and from the PC? what about MP3's? Minus the mp3's, I can send and recieve all this on my T608. So why don't I quit bitching and just keep my T608? Because it has some bugs and no support.

Those pda’s that I mentioned are Bluetooth Enabled.

With your other questions I am not sure, sorry, however, with this question, “Are they capable of contact/phonebook syncing?”, I believe the answer is yes.
I am sorry that I can’t help you with those questions, cept the one that I think I am right on, but my expertise isn’t really on that situation.
