You can but the speed would be awfully slow(probably slower than 56K). Wouldn't even be worth the time setting up. It you need it that bad just get the laptop connecyt.

My wife and I have over 2000 rollover minutes in the bucket. I could start a call a 6 am one day, end it at 6 am the next day(not that I would) and still have rollover minutes in the bucket. I like sprints fair & flexible plan but the thing is you still have to pay SOMETHING for going over the minutes whereas with cingular as long as you have rollover in the bucket, your bill will stay ...

oh yeah, I forget aleq, the gsm motorolas always had that issue where they would just stop charging after a while. I dont know if that happens at all on the newer models but on the older ones it happened pretty often. hopefully they have fixed this by now

People don't like motorola phones BECAUSE MOTOROLA HAS serious issues lol. I don't know about the v300(i left warranty when this came out). But working in warranty the majority of phones we did exchanges on were in fact Motorolas but at the time Nokia was the best seller. Most of the TDMA exchanges were for antennas falling off and most of the GSM were for bad reception, breaking conversations, etc...

I dont think it does expire. I joined back in december 2004. I got my ipod late january. They get paid by their advertisers thats how they can send out the free equipment. They probably get about $50 per referrall whether the person stays on after the trial offer or not.

I don't think they will let you do that but if you can get away with it then by all means do it!! I can't get another one, only one per account :( Maybe if I had a different shipping address and made a new account. But they won't ship the ipods to P.O. boxes.

It depends if the phone will let you change the wap options which I'm sure the MPX220 does. A while back I had an unlocked T616 from AT&T and was using it on t-mobiles network. I went to SE's website and they sent the correct settings to my phone(of course they could be entered manually) and everything worked(MMS, Email, WAP). Loaded up with AT&T branded screens but I got my regular t-zones service. This phone shouldn't have a problem.

We would get a bad quality mark for saying "cingular has better coverage than any other service provider". Literally we cannot say anything negative or positive about any other service provider or give out rate plan info, etc. At least in my dept. its like that. Which makes sense to me, ...

Is bluetooth really worth the switch?
depends on how you percieve it. Bluetooth is basically a wireless way to do something you can already do via cables, mms, and email on most phones. Sort of like a convential PC router vs. a wireless router. Nice feature to have but not something I would really base a company switch on.

I'm not sure what sprint, verizon, nextel were offering since they don't use the GSM network I didn't bother looking into them. Plus just about everyone I know either had cingular or AT&T. actually Wi-Fi can replace bluetooth. Wi-Fi operates on the 2.4 ghz spectrum, same as most modern cordless phones. This could be used for headsets, connectivity, etc. would be better for most people to sync with their PC's as people are more likely to have a wi-fi connection in their house than a bluetooth dongle.
