I'm just here to say that I love Cingular and their quality service. True True, customer service is not the highest priority. But I believe Cingular is more dedicated to fixing problems before they start. I've noticed fewer dropped calls and improved service. Cingular's service is unmatched to VZW or Alltel. One day everyone will realize that Cingular is a company that is always looking foreword and with this outlook, you have a company that can't be beaten. 3G is coming soon, and the second largest carrier isn't even GSM (what the world has upgraded to). So again, thank you CINGULAR you have a customer for life. Anyone please feel free to give your opinions. 😉

I would hate to be at a level where I have to measure a company by their customer service. I like to measure whether or not I actually NEED to call customer service and how often.

I agree, I have never had to call Customer service. And if I do I never have to wait longer than two or three minutes to talk to a real person. I carry the motorola razor black and I know that it is a quality phone. Also, cingular's reception is awsome!!

Late fee which could not have been my fault but my banks online system because as soon as I get my invoice from the mail, guess what, thats right I go ONLINE and pay it right AWAY.

2nd time was to replace the craptastic Motorola C333 that was Motorola's fault, not Rogers. I was willing to pay $249.99 for the Motorola V300 for another 2 YR contract but I was not willing to pay $10.00 extra dollars for the 7-8 months left in my contract. Rep. was super nice and came back offering the phone for $160.00, one jaw drop later and an "ok" and I go...
