is there a time where they will send you a completely different phone, cuz ive been sending them back my nokia 3120 so mayn times cuz of its deffectiveness its getting ridiculous! and i keep buying MEdia Net downloads!

Hmm no a warranty is for the device you purchased XBM is to make the warranty process go faster you can always do a warranty via the manufacturer. Or if you have lockline insurance file a claim with them.

I have no problem getting new phone types after the 2nd to 3rd exchange. You just need to tell them that this is the 5th time and you want a new phone. They have an option at XBM to swap to a different phone of the same price range after so many defects. From what I have seen, it looks like a no lemon type policy but they will deny that policy exists until you demand it.

I have done it for a few of my customers with phones that just refused to work correctly.

I have a nokia 3120, what do you think which handset they would swap it out for ?

I would take a guess at Motorola v180 or Samsung x427m but that is only a guess.

Motorola v180 is actually quad band. It use to be tri-band and they upgraded it to quad a month or so ago.
