Customer Care down???

I have tried all 3 numbers I have for customer care... 866-Cingular, 800-331-0500, and the automated IVR line...and all 3 numbers are giving me busy signals...anybody know what's going on???

try calling 1 800 331 0500, if all else fails call former aws # 1800 999 5445 and get xferred to cingular

I listed that number as on of the ones I tried...but I think something just happened to the phone lines at our call center....

or try ATT care 866 293 4634 they can xfer

I wish it would, I wish the router would go down or something. Back to back calls all day arent fun 😢
