Sprint's new T&C don't say anything about charging money for additional data. "Sprint reserves the right to limit throughput speeds or amount of data transferred, and to deny, terminate, modify, disconnect or suspend service if usage either exceeds 5GB/month in total, or 300MB/month while roaming. "

That was supposed to be FRONT page of Buzz about Wireless. There's also an interactive tutorial about teh Sanyo PRO-200 at this link that gives a bit of information about how to use and set up Direct Connect. http://support.sprint.com/main.ht ml?&navtypeid=6&pagetypeid=7&prevPageIndex=1& dnsp=1&selectedDeviceId=9562&manufacturer=San yo&navtypeid=6&pagetypeid=27&prevPageIndex=3 Check this out as well.

You could also go with the HTC Mogul on Sprint's network. It was just updated with a firmware update with EVDO Rev A which means blazing fast speed and access to talk and wb simultaneously. Sprint's everythign plan also includes unlimited text and data usage, which the other carrier's can't say at this point. 99.99 per month

I'm not sure I understand your question but there's a video on the from page of Buzz About Wireless that shows off the CDMA Direct Connect on the new Sanyo pro phones. That may help you out?

Re: Questions regarding Picture Mail
Apr 19, 2008, 1:33 PM
in the Sprint forum

What? First, the Rumor is not a PDA. It's a 3G phone. Second, the 5$ pciture mail package covers all picture mail data charges. Casual data usage rate of 3 cents per kilobyte applies to any other type of data but there's nothing to worry about in this situation.

The touch has more memory and is smaller. It really depends on what your preferences are and what you're using it for (and if you can get used to typing on the touchscreen)
