Sprint's 1 yr equipment replacement policy?

Is it true that all phones have a 1yr replacment policy on them? I spoke with a customer service rep and she told me that I can get a replacement phone up to a year but it has to be the same model.

1 Year manufacture warranty with the manufacture, not Sprint. Sprint's techs can fix or replace (if fixable or replaceable) at no fee if ESRP is attached, or there can be a fee up to $55 if there's no ESRP attached.

You have a 1 year manufacture warranty. You have to go through them.

Yes a one year manufacturer's warrany which covers manufacture defects, etc. and it has to go through the phone maker (i.e Sanyo, Samsung) as warranty replacemenets don't go through the Sprint stores.

If you have the insurance on the phone it will be replaced with the same or like model (if same model isn't available) and if you don't have insurance you will be charged a fee to either fix the phone or get it replaced at the store.

The only other thing would be at a year you become eligible for $75 towards a new phone with a new 2 year agreement, if you'd want to get a new one altogether.

Theres a certain program, that qualifies you for a $150 rebate after 1 year of continous service with the same handset. (Instead of $75 you get $150) Its called the White Glove Program, and certain businesses qualify for that offer.

There is also the Sprint Premier Program. I don't know if this is in Trials or if it has officially launched but I have done one Upgrade on a Sprint Premier customer already this week. Incentive to sign up for a higher MRC for our customers.
