We've known about these for awhile, but it's pretty cool how much function has been added to the phone in just 6 months. Heck, even a month from now there'll be 3rd party applications, let the good times roll!

well......

it's a stupendous device, YES. But, Steve is making people drool over things that just "arent' that special". He's prolonging features to make sure that apple stocks rise slowly instead of rise and plummet. That's why "multiple texts" was just added. People rejoiced, but honestly, tis nothing to "announce" at macworld. Should have been an update with 1.1.2, or shipped with it on there already.

Sheesh.

I still love the phone, however. It's worse than drugs.

Well said, it's great that they continue to support the phone with updates but it's nothing groundbreaking.

when they start adding stereo bluetooth over the net, I'll be interested. When they add Adobe Flash, I'll be amazed.

That's what we want apple. Adobe Flash. Add it. Impress me. Give Steve SOMETHING WORTH talking about.

Interesting, stocks took a $10 dollar dive today for apple.

If you look at a lot of phones, you see them rush to get every feature on the checklist and sweep a lot of things under the rug (HTC, LG, I'm looking in your direction.) Then they rush to get an emergency firmware update out. If you don't know what I'm talking about, see the L.G. Rumor or Voyager.

Apple's been adding features but has been making sure everything is fully baked for the most part. I think it's refreshing after having to constantly hear that battery issues or lockups would be resolved in an update.

Multiple texts should have been there earlier, but the new aGPS feature is splendid. I don't think that Apple sat on these features for months.
