Done Working For Sprint

After 4 years with Sprint, I have found a new job. I can honestly tell you, they better do something fast, or other employees will be leaving in packs.

No longer will I ever have to deal with irate customers or explain bills to people who can barely read at a 3rd grade level.

I'm still contemplating if I'm going to switch services as I just found out I was charged for downloading ringers off the Sprint site but I use a Blackberry a...

If you enjoy that position, you must really enjoy pain. It is true, the pay is a joke and they give you a lead sales consultant position. That basically means that they are going to increase your accountability and responsibility about 65% and pay you about 3% more. The problems with the company that the normal consumer see trickles all the way down to the employees. i think sprint has treated me well so far, but there are some things i can't take like not being paid more to speak spanish (when i have a line of 5 people just for me) and ENSEMBLE messing up my sales with their errors and having to call in ridiculous orders, plus the system goes out about once a week. im moving soon so maybe i can tranfer to another store or apply somewhere else
