Those who want to get messaging get it; those who don't know what it is won't. Informing the customer of the features of a phone, and the finer details of it never hurt. and if someone doesn't want a feature ask them why. Asking why never hurt anyone, and you may be able to overcome their objection at the same time by finding out a specific reason.

Well, lets start off with what version you are using. 4.0 is still technically in its beta phase, and can be exceptionally buggy on palms. Oh the number of times I had to soft reset because of that browser... If version 4.0 ain't working for you try rummaging around and rolling back to the 3.0 version and see if that helps your stability issues a bit. Good luck! :D

No OTA. In stores only, and unless you have the update and a flash machine then it will be COR stores only. Personally, I am glad that I haven't had to deal with the launch headache but I do miss the damned SALES. Thanks again Verizon for making sure that my kids don't get Christmas presents this year! Way to go on those stocking levels!! :evil:

But, really isn't it still a savings in comparison? Even if you have to pay full retail price on the phone. If you stayed on a traditional single line plan, lets say the minimal NW 450 anytime plan with no extras. $40 a month * 20 mos. These agent lines are also available for Midwest employees. Go into File Explorer, and look for the icon called My Mobile Phone and you can then browse through the file tree of the phone. Basically: Start--->My Computer--->My Mobile Phone And you should be able to browse from there. With my Q, since the phone only has 64 megs I have installed as many apps as possible to my memory card; Google maps, Yahoo Go, and other programs.

You honestly think that business users get preferential treatment on a network? Everyone pays the same 60 bucks for the aircard access; so how are you to determine preferential service access? The cap is ridiculous don't get me wrong there, but the cap applies to everyone amd the access is available to everyone all the same. Up until you violate the TOS, ie. with p2p traffic and what not, your access is not quequed up into different access categories.

Verizon does cap @ 5 gig, but they no longer shut you off completely. Instead they reduce your throughput speed down to 200 kbps or less. It is because they suck, but for them they are looking to keep network traffic down. To me unlmited means unlimited with no caps and no catches, which is exactly why Verizon got busted for false advertising by the NY attorney general.
