When ever a cust ask you a questions about plans and stuff or why their bill is high . any question they ask do you leave a few details out or are you straight forward with them?

i was switching this customers plan for him and as i was doing that he was asking me if i was white or hispanic... :paranoid: :paranoid: in my head im thinking "does it matter?" I mean what the hell man?!!! why are customers so ignorant at times

thats why i dont buy service from indirect dealers just because of thungs like that. i mean it hasnt happened to me but still i'm pretty picky when it comes down to b/s like that

but i agree you on this one. i mean i work in a dept for sprint that deals with b/s like this. for example a cust. bill will be high due to the previous agents/store reps mistake. all i do is correct it so it doesnt happen again. i mean dude that b/s happens everyday. you knew the perks of the job before you signed on for it so get some balls and deal with it or just quit. ...

yesterday i had this one customer on the phone and i was telling him how high his bill was due to overages on his mins. im talking like $500 in overages and he was sharing lines with some one else. then the cust. is all telling that the bill isnt right and that he doesnt want to pay for it. then he's trying to get me to credit back all of his overages on his acct. and i'm telling ...

this might help out a bit

i got a text telling me my services were suspended and i'm paying on friday. my e-mail is turned off on my blackberry but yet i can still use my opera mini. my question is am i gonna get charged for using text msg or my opera internet even though it's in my plan and my phone is supposedly "suspended"?

your straight. i mean hell if i was in your situation i'd have done the same thing. plus it would sound kinda dumb if you sold a phone to someone knowing that its gonna come right back. your in the business of selling phones not leasing them
