Customer: My phone don't work.
Me: What is it not doing?
C: It won't turn on.
M: When did it start doing that.
C: Yesterday. It was working fine.
(Check phone, notice red dot behind battery)
M: Did you wet it?
C: No
M: Somehow water got into it. You see that
indicates water damage.
C: Well I did wash it in the sink, it was
dirty.
M: 🤨
I kid you not, this actually happen.
