LG enV Touch VX-11000

Has anyone else had their phone reset after trying to use the beautify feature on a picture? I've tried multiple times and every time my phone resets after I try.

I tried to move my pictures to my new Kingston 4GB class 4 micro SDHC. It doesn't recognize that it's there. What should I do?

I just got my ENV Touch yesterday... I'm happy with it so far, but the hinge on the microphone end of the phone seems kinda loose.

I upgraded from the original ENV and that phone seems to have the same problem, but I cant remember if it had that problem since day one or if it just happened over time.

Is this a general problem with the way this phone was manufactured or do I need to get it replaced with a new one???... Its not REALLY bad just barely noticable, but I would think a brand new phone should be solid and not have any loose hinges...

Anybody else having trouble with calendar event notifications? I created two recurring daily events -- morning and evening reminders -- and set them each to notify "on time" with the low beeps ringtone and vibrate turned on.

After two days, I have seen a notification displayed only once out of four times that notifications should have been displayed.

The events are int he calendar as they should be, I'm just not getting notifications.

Anybody seen this issue? Know of a workaround to get this stupid thing to work properly?

Are there any places to get new display themes? I saw someone mention you could buy them through verizon, but I'm sure somewhere online has them free. . .

Is there any way to remove the favorites that came with the phone? (Facebook, Twitter and Photobucket)

Does this phone have app store like BB devices?

Can you run applications like Pandora, PodTrapper, etc?

Does anyone know why there are 4 grey keys on the Qwerty keyboard on this phone? Its the following keys: 2, Q, W,E, S I tried lookng that up in the User Manuel but I didnt seem to find anything can any one help and let me know if these keys have a special function? 🤭

Does this device have push email, or would I need to look at a smartphone?

Is it standard for the Touch to have a purple backlight for the inside keys? When I was looking at the phone before it appeared to be a white backlight, but mine is a purplish tone. If it is supposed to be purple I certainly question this choice on LG's part.

I am SO upset at LG and Verizon! Do any of their employees ever use these phones?

I owned the original Voyager and loved 99% of everything but had to return it because no matter what ring tone i used and what volume setting i chose..............you just can not hear it ring unless your in a quiet room!

Same EXACT thing with the Touch! How upset i was when i tried it out. I thought the themes sucked big time but could have lived with those but the volume issue is ridiculous.

Does anyone have an answer or fix for this?

Ok. So the conversation mode on the texting is cool. My only ? is, how come I can see my contact's picture, but I can't see mine. I tried saving my own # w/ a pic in my contacts. No luck..

Ok i have this phone. Right now i am not happy with the T9 texting at all on this thing. When there isnt a word in its vocabulary u can usually add them. On every other phone i have had you can, by just spelling it out and boom it was in its vocab. This phone i do that and then i go to type it and its not in its vocab?? am i doing something wrong?? this makes me wanna return the phone.

Has any one experienced the problem of the size of thier dialing font? I set mine to normal because not all of the numbers fit on my screen, but it just stays at Large. Is there a way to fix this? has anyone else experienced this problem? 😳
