LG enV Touch VX-11000

Does anybody know why there is trouble with every font except VZW and Joy fonts as far as the entire phone number showing up when someone calls. Only half the number shows up. I have it on small setting so I am confused. Never had this problem with the voyager. Thanks.

CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF THE TOUCH CELL PHONE HAS AN EXTERNAL SPEAKER THAT CAN BE ACTIVATED WHILE ON A CELL PHONE CALL? I PRESENTLY HAVE THE VOYAGER AND THERE IS NO EXTERNAL SPEAKER..

The only question I have for this and phones like the env3 is can you use the speakerphone with the flip closed. I hate to walk around on speaker with the phone open like a communicator from star trek!

When syncing music onto the phone from a computer, does it have to be songs purchased off Rhapsody? Or can it be songs burned off of a cd I bought?....Songs downloaded 👀 illegally???

I'm assuming it needs to be at least files that are copyright protected to avoid any kinds of piracy shinanigans and what have yous.


This is probably a stupid question, but I have not even hooked the phone up to a computer yet. Laptop is in the shop... 🙄

does anyone know where the best place to find backgrounds and themes for this phone are? I love the phone but wanna customize a lil more. Thank you

Have never owned such an awesome phone. This thing just simply does everything "I" want in a phone...........Great job LG !!

BTW.. i am into scenics when it comes to wall paper. I sey them on the internal screen which is landscape at 800 x 480.

I recently upgraded from voyager to the env touch. i have notice that my signal is horrendous. i no longer getting signal in places i use to get. i activated my voyager and no problems. any one else having same issues. any suggestions?

I have short clips in my music library on my phone and I am wondering how to set my music as a ringtone on my phone. Is this even possible.

I stored my own alert sounds and they were playing. I have changed my alert sound setting and it still only plays some time. Anyone else having this problem?

Hi all!

I got my touch about a week ago, and I was wondering where I can find a good armband case for the phone so I can jog/work out with it. I've looked around the interwebs, and I can't seem to find anything.

Additionally, I want another case just to protect the phone. I would prefer a silicone case, but they all cover the keyboard ☹️ which kind of stinks. Are there any that don't?
If not, where's a good spot to look for a nice leather case?

Hey all anyone getting 4 to 4.5 hours of battery life. I will use my phone for web browsing, movie watching and listening to music. I fully recharge my phone and I got up to 4.5 hours of battery life. when I watch a 2 hour movie from start to finish I can only watch 2 movie on a full charge. Is there anyone out there getting more hours from there battery or could you test your phn on the web browser? or reply back with comments. thanks.

Does the LG Touch have a menu selection to turn the 3D feature on or off? Seems like I saw a menu selection but can't find it now. Maybe I was looking at a different phone.

If anyone would like to use the "Sounds" that came on the LG enV Touch as "Ring Tones" you can do the following.

1. Go to the Sound that you want.
2. Go to Options and pick Send.
3. Text the sound to yourself.
4. After receiving the text.
5. Go to Options and Save as Ringtone.

You will find that these sounds are louder than any other Ringtones are that came on your phone.

PS: If anyone has any other "Free Ringtones" that are "Loud" - Please let us know how to get them.

There was an application available on the LG Voyager that was called Do Not Disturb. It allowed you to black certain calls. Has anyone heard anything about it being available for the Lg Touch?

The touchscreen on my enV Touch can be extremely inaccurate at random times. I have to open and close the phone numerous times to get it working right. Even after collaborating the screen it still happens, which is very irritating.
My enV also gets very hot while charging..

All of these problems along with the bugs with texting on the touchscreen is putting me on the verge of returning this phone for a different handset.

..Or is it that I just have a defective device?

My wife and I are considering this phone, though while at our local VZW store tonight we discovered that this phone doesn't have the slideshow feature, or at least we couldn't find it. We figured it out on the Dare and the Versa.

We have the green and orange editions of the enV currently and it's time to upgrade. We really fell in love with the Qwerty keyboard on our current enVs and would like to keep that on our next phones.

We were planning to go to the Voyager, since that is where we first saw the slideshow feature and the phone had the Qwerty keyboard.

Tonight we did a little research and discovered that on page 133 of the manual under Wallpaper there is an option for Slideshow.

Our question is, were the phones at the VZW ...
