phone rings (I'm a kiosk inside Circuit City)

lady:just wanted to make sure you guys are there.

me:yes we are, how can I help you?

lady:so you are there?

me☹️thinking, yes dumb ass, you are speaking to me and I already said I'm here) Yes we are, all day.

lady:when are you there till?

me:we work the same hours Circuit City does so we will be here until 8pm today.

lady😲h, so you will be there till 8.

me☹️thinking, do you have the repeat everything so your simple mind will understand it) Yes ma'am.

lady:I need a new battery for my phone, does that extend my contract?

me☹️omg, get back in the crazy asylum) No ma'am, ...

Please tell me y i just had a lady come in the store screaming,cursing and just plain flipn out cause her phone would turn on...so i pick up the phone and it felt really lite so in my mind im thinkin whata re-re theres no battery in the phone and sure enough i opened the back and of course no battery in sight. 😲

if you want, we should all form a group on myspace and fight the masses from there. i'll create one, then you all can add me if you want. just a thought.

At first I thought it was a badly judged rumor, but I trust where I heard it from (the second time).

The rewards program is being shut down, but I'm told there is something new to replace it... has anyone else heard about this?

😈 Why do i have to work on saturdays and why do i have to come an hour early just to make the store look nice!?!? My boss doesnt get here till 10 oclock when the store opens! Grr!

Kay i don't understand why some people lie about such stupid things. I just had a lady come in to make a prepaid payment which she came in last month also and i had to deal with her. I checked the balance entered it into the computer and told her the total. WTF why is it so expensive she says. I kinda looked at her like are serious we just went through this same scenario last month. So i break it down for her once again. She says well i never pay that much for my bill blah blah blah but goes ahead and pays. Okay i know she pays that much because HELLO she just agrued with me last month about it.. UHH

Came in and opened the store, 1st customer comes in and says he is "just browsing". I am catching up on the Company News at the front register. He strolls to the front of the store and grabs a Sirius Sportster Replay Sat Radio and runs for the door. Company policy does not allow me to give chase, but as I followed him out the door, I called him every name in the book.. ("You piece of $hit, F***in' thief, Run you big *****....")

I know, not cell phone related, but Damn it, I had to vent...

a lady just came in and her first question was, "are you a franchise store? cause i just went to this other store and they completely deceived me and ripped me off." i asked her what happened and she told me they had this great deal that if she would "change her #", which to me said they wanted to get an act, she wouldn't have to pay them, AND she would get 3 rebate cards in the mail from cingular. she thought she could save some money and did it, then when she found out she wasn't getting her rebates, they kept dodging her so they wouldn't have to give her her money back.

I work in a downtown location where most of our customers are business professionals who come in to my store to find out information so they can take their family in to another store in the burbs where they live to actually do the renewal or activation. So basically I do all the work and someone else gets the sale. The sales I do get are people from the YMCA (yes ours still houses people getting back on their feet) or the homeless shelter. NOT KIDDING. Credit classes were lowered and we had a penny phone. These people do not have jobs, they cannont pay their bill so I wont get my commission...Stupid. Anyway...here's my story. I am actually totally shocked but sitting hurts like h311 today. I pulled something in my back and bruised a couple of ribs yesterday and I can't seem to find a good way to sit that doesn't hurt.

I am so counting the minutes until time to go home.
