I can not credit you the data charges that you let your 5 year old use the phone for. It's under your account it's under your name it's and your spawn. Pay it and don't let them use it again.

I cannot make payment arrangements with you if you haven't paid since october. I don't care how many children you have in the hospital with however many treatments of chemotherapy they are undergoing. if you can afford the chemo you can pay your $50 a month.

So this guys comes in the other day. He wants to add two lines to his accounts. He saw an heard an add about the Chocolate by one for 79.99 get one free. Im am not a corporate store. We have 50 dollar mail in rebates. So the phone would have cost him 129.99 got the first one and he would have got the rebate wich would have made 79.99 and the second for $50 and he would have got the rebate wich would have made it free. He flipped out telling me that we false advertise. I tried explaining to him that I dont work for verizon I am a Authorized Retailer but he didn't want to here it. Customer service offered to do the deal for him at a corporate store and he still wanst happy because he had to drive 15 mins. SO finally we had to ask him to leave ...

..ive been open since 10am and ive had and elderly man asking about DSL service for his home, and a broken LG CU 400, and so far the highlight has been talking to out UPS guy for like 10 minutes..

I get this warm and fuzzy feeling every time i charge an angry custy full price for broken Internet equipment!!

I know this is for phones but i got stuck working the cable and Internet kiosk today and had to share my feelings.

I was browsing through MyCSP and founf an announcment about the iPhone price drop. It says that AT&T customers can save $200 on an iPhone between September 5th and January 31st! Does this mean they are going to raise the price again? Is Apple going to announce iPhone 2.0 at Mac World and release it February 1st?!?

my systems are down and im taking cust overflow calls... and people are getting mad.

yet i say AGAIN... i utterly DETEST 12 hr shifts....

fridays are the worst days to work. all we do is bill payments. i scored this weekend off. last weekend before classes start on monday. geez i can't wait til i get out of here... 😕

So I ran into a situation where I was helping this (very attractive) girl out with her phone, and I was gettin "the vibe" from her, ya know? So I flirted with her a bit and got her number. Did I break salesman-customer etiquette?

some little kid is using the speed dial number on their parents cell for adding features and changing rate plans. keeps calling our department and can't hardly say their own name....incredibly annoying and hurting my commission.

C: I need you to show me how to set up my voicemail!

ME: No problem, just hold down the 1 button and follow the instructions!

C: Which button?

ME: The 1 button!

So I am on a supervisor call with a cust now, who claims that activation fees and shipping fees were supposed to be waived from when she first setup service. And now she feels that that is why her service is off now. Ok, cool we can work with that. Except one thing... she setup service in August 2007.

How convient is it that as soon as your service is off, omg wait!! "I have credit due from when I setup service"! She is trying to guilt trip me into this so much, saying how its so disheartening that Sprint would not give her the credit that is due to her to help her restore service. i am currently a verizon indirect rep and i am expecting a baby by august and the hours arent worth the money. i was wondering if any verizon customer care reps could let me know how mucht they make an hour and how many hours they work per week. i am located in ohio so if any of you are from ohio that would be a little better but all feedback is appreciated. I'm usually against it for myself, but what if they work for another company but next door to where you will only be working there for a little bit longer, like say, a couple weeks? still a bad idea? ( i see the person MAYBE 2x a week normally)
