I needed to rant

So I work for a indirect store retailer of Verizon.
One thing that drives me batty is when you are working by yourself, and someone walks in talking on their phone...
I swear to god I keep thinking "BREAK BREAK BREAK" at their phone, and pray for them to drop it.
I really dont like having to stand there ready to answer any questions etc, while I wait for them to stop gabbing...
Talk on your phone outside...
It gets better though... As soon as the next customer comes in you can count how many seconds it takes to get off the phone then, they dont want to wait, and now of course they tell you they want to upgrade 2 lines or something. So the person who JUST walked in has to wait, and you couldn't be halfway done by now cuz they wouldn...

sprint is bad !!!

sprint is a bad company u_u i just see a customer that was charged because she go over the minutes, and you know, its impossible to go over the minutes, and also we are charging her the money she didn't pay the last bill, so its normal for her to go and tell everyone that we are the worst company and of course she ask for the cancellation without etf ๐Ÿ™„

What the F*ck????

i just had somebody call me and say " i'm working on two phones which number would you like?" i said the one your not talking on she then gives me the number then starts yelling at me as to why i cant work on the phone shes talking on.

i wanna return my phone........

me: "sorry ma'am, we dont do phone returns. i can exchange it within 7 days if there is a problem with the phone, but that is all i can do."

cust: "but you said i can return it."
m:" no. i said you can bring it back for exchange if there is a problem"
c:"thats not what i got out of it."
m:" well thats our policy."

she asks for a manager, which we dont really have one. so i offer to pass on her info to my boss to call her at some point.

m:"may i ask why you want to return the phone?"
c:' well i just dont want it now."
m:" why is that?"
c:"the service sucks and the guy whose name is on the account didnt want me to get it and doesnt want another 2yr contract"

first off this was an upgrade, so i dont wanna hear the service suc...

I'm to old and to tired

I came on here to read and learn but then you have asshol*s you just wanna cry because thier feelings got hurt for the ones that do read this and DO have grammer issues then I'm sorry to you. We all can't be the best at spelling can we? maybe some of us don't have time to use the computer at work wich is against sprints rules. but i guess that some people don't care. for the ones that do use this for the reason it was ment for than i say kudos to you. for the ones who don't care **** YOU and the horse you rode in on good bye

verizon?

I was reading about verizon winning the bid for the C block. Made me wonder how or if this would affect cell phone prices? would they reduce their fees since they now "own" that block which does cover the entire US? Or would it have any affect at all? ๐Ÿคค Jo

Whats up on motorola?

I just want to know if motorola is done or not first they lose top executives now they split in two departments. on another note it seems that the best thing they have done latly is the MOTw385 if they can make a comeback thats great but if not i dont think i will lose any sleep ๐Ÿ˜•

csr vs store csr

not only am i csr for a call center but also a customer.... soooo i hear all you guys complain about how the cust does this and that and how we ( csr) do are job but come on sprint store reps are as dumb as a box of rocks ....... they train you for a couple of days then say csr will fix it with a prl update... come on the only thing that does do is p****sses me off im so tired of store reps saying get a prl it will fix it LIARS go get a real job and quit giving me as a rep and a customer the run around.... get your head out of your butt and do the job your paid to do!!!!!

M:They are all rechargable. They come with a house charger when you get them. ๐Ÿคจ

C:Oh! Well it just says 7 hours talktime on the box. I didn't want to have to replace it every time it died. Why don't they put that they can be recharged on the box? Wouldn't that make sense??

Major Venting

I'm about bleeping tired of f'n customers who feel they deserve f'n crap when they dont pay their bills. We've given you multiple payment arrangements the past 3 months to keep your service on while your trying to catch up. We've given you 3 or 4 in the past 3 weeks alone. We're not giving you anymore..

You dont have a right to your service when you dont pay. You dont have a right to payment arrangements. You dont have a right to extensions. Those things are called a curtesy. A BLEEPING MOTHER )(*#)$(*# CURTESY. So I think we here at Sprint went out of our way to work with you for the past 3 months, while your still 2 months past due. Stop mistaking our CURTESIES for weakness and some semblelance of rights you think you have.

Store Hour Question?

Now we are presently in the process of extending our hours of operation by tacking on an additional hour to the open as well as the closing of the store. This hours aren't in effect and its at the discretion of the sales people wether or not to stay open til 8. Now it its not busy I am not going to stay open that full hour, I don't work here for the hourly wage like the part timers that want to stay. Who would you side on? Now keep in mind people who know our store, know our store hours as they have been for the past three years.

So the @ symbol, what's that look like? An a with a circle? Sorry, i've never seen/used email. ๐Ÿ˜ณ

Effin'-A! (rant)

I am so sick and tired of people yelling at me for things I have no control over and no say in. The retailer I work for has only a 30 day warrenty on accessories, that's it. And the holster this guy was brought in was SNAPED IN TWO! Warrenties do not cover damage like that! If it fell apart and the screws came out that would be one thing.
