Note in Billing System.

Came across this gem today:

830xxxxxxx
Stephen xxxxxxx
cci bc when he is making calls there is static. Edu of outage in his area. He thinks there is static because he has "Schwetty Hands". Edu cust it is unlikely his sweaty hands are causing this, but to give it 24 hours and if he is still experiencing degraded service call us back from another line.

Best Review of a Phone....

and i quote...

i880
by rick4u

After calling Nextel, The told me the phone will not, I repeat WILL NOT allow you to download ringtones and assign to ringers unless you BUY them!! This sucks!! I have mp3's in my phone now and can't use them for ringtones. Another ploy to make you BUY AND SPEND MONEY for something they could easily allow.

I spent $380.00 for this and you won't allow ringtones unless you BUY them???

F*** You motorola you money hungry a$$#0LES

sucks for my mom because she just had me buy her this phone 😕

Another stupid question

Say a phone has Bluetooth v. 1.2. If that phone did an open search for Bluetooth devices, would it be able to find devices with Bluetooth v. 2.0?

do you know why i stay outta shop talk?

you people are bitter bitter bitter.

You complain about how bad each and every customer and share with us, via long ass threads, the best/worse.

If you hate your job so much, quit.
get into a different line of work!

go work at mcdonalds or dennys.

I have a sneaking suspicion that if you worked somewhere else you would bitch just as much.

have you ever wondered if its just you????
and youve found a communal place with other people exactly like you???

just kidding, its fun to complain about customers. fun and therapeutic

Dear Payroll guy I hate you

Why do they have some one doing our payroll who is too stupid to even tie his won shoes? I'm sorry you shouldn't hire internally for something like payroll when your hiring standards are basically to know your Abc's and count to 10.

First the idiot lost my pay check. And then he forgot to stop payment on it to get a new one cut for me. Finalyl they got me paid but now half the center isn't getting paid for an 8 hour training we took because he forgot to put the info into the system. What else does he do all day? NOTHING he's a freaking idiot and I think the whole center is just hoping he'll get fired.

People dont listen..

So.. we're scripting, because Ensemble is down. They then make us stop and try to answer 'general questions'. 🙄 Aside from that being lame.. 👿 (and of course, the genius statement 'use CRF' comes flying. It's premiere, not ensemble. 😢 )

m: "I'm sorry, our systems are currently upgrading. I can not access your account at this time. I can attempt to answer any general questions for you. Unfortunately anything specific towards your account, I can not answer at thist time."

c: "Yeah.. so I checked my minutes and it was this, i check it now and it's this.. can you check on it for me?" 👿

c: "Yeah.. I was suppose to pay on this date and my phones off? What's the deal?" 👿

Man.. why dont people LISTEN. 😡

Its the little things...

that help me enjoy my job a little better.

I really enjoy when a customer comes in to pay their bill. They have their statement in their hand. I ask them what their phone number is. I know it would just be easier to ask them for their statement but I love watching them squirm and struggle trying to remember their own phone number. Looking up at the ceiling as they are trying to remember or frantically looking through their phone to see if its in there. All the while their statement is in their hand. 😈

Is this a sadistic thing to do to exploit the weaknesses of my customers for my own amusement? 😈

Gah! Just GAHHHH

Ok, so one of my biggest pet peeves in this department.

I take Chats mostly, and I HATE it when a customer comes on the Chat and says "I want you to call me." It drives me absolutely up the wall, crazy, bonkers, nuts, wacko! What the hell is the point exactly? They are given the option (and phone number) to call us or open a chat... they choose chat... why the hell do they choose chat if they really want to talk to us on the phone? Explain that one please cause I seriously don't get it. And the worst part is we have to call them. We can't say "Well chuckles, if you want to talk to a live person you should call this number..."

So this guy does it, I snarl and growl while I dial the number and he comes on and explains that he is il...

I have figured out how to deal with my job better!!!

I used to care, maybe too much. In the end I would get stressed out b/c I was trying to help everyone and please everyone. I would literally leave almost in tears b/c of the amount of stress. Now I don't care. I just ok or yes everyone to death 😁

My supervisor gets off on pointing out my mistakes which is about 3-5% of all my work. Does he mention the 95-97% of non-mistakes, NO. I used to apologize for these mistakes and actually get upset with myself. Now I just say ok, I know next time or I'm human, it happens. Mind you, my mistakes aren't earth shattering or cause for a write up. It might be a client needs more credit or someone got mispriced by a $1. ( so shoot me)

Over it...

👿

m: "I'm sorry maam, but I dont have the capability to call you back. We can not make outgoing calls here."

c: "Your full of crap. Everyone else can call me back!"

Yes, that's right. I'm full of crap. I'm simply picking you out today, a total stranger, and deciding i'm going to be a rando asshole to you and make you call back, simply so you can be even more pissed. That's right, your SO damn special that I picked you out. 🙄

Realize, that not ALL CALL CENTERS HAVE THE CAPABILITIY TO MAKE OUTGOING F'N PHONE CALLS. 👿 👿

NorCal VZW, AT&T, and T-Mo COR Reps!!! CHIME IN!

Here's the deal. I work for a large AT&T indirect, but the money is not good enough anymore. I'm willing to explore options with VZW, AT&T, and T-Mo COR. So my question to you is ... Which one should I most look at and why?

I have a TON of experience and would prefer to be in some sort of supervisory role. But I'd like to hear from reps in ALL positions.

Obviously money is what I'm gonna look at first, but I do care about the other things such as how well the company treats their employees and their customers, benefits, and things like that.

So COR reps. Let the discussion begin!

Thanks for you feedback in advance!

HUGE NEWS! I just found this Sprint annoucement!

Gleaned from Sprint.com/customerrelations

Sprint will be offering customers a new service starting May 1, 2008 as a cutting-edge initiative to improve the quality of customer care and set itself apart from other wireless carriers.

Sprint has forged a partnership with SC Johnson, makers of many household products, soaps, etc to include SC Johnson products with the sale of all new phones.

Traditionally, most phones come with a charger, a manual, and a customer service leaflet on "Getting Started".

The customer service starter package is being replaced with a tube a KY Jelly and a note stating, "Apply generously to anus."

As a side note, AT&T is responding with a new partnership with Astroglide.

blue tooth head sets on morbidly obese house wives

I'm sick of seeing blue tooth headsets on anyone that leaves the house. Nobody wants to talk to you. You're not important. Washing the dishes for the last two hours does not make you important. Do you need to conform that badly? For ****s sake who would want to talk to you. And what do you need to free your hands for anyway? Big macs? My rage prevents me from being funny.
