HELP

Any one that speaks Spanish please tell me how to say i do not have anything that works for u phone u will need to go to an att store

so, the glyde is hear. if you haven't seen it they have pics on ps.

big red reps, do any of you seriously like/dislike this phone or think it's superior/inferior to the voyager?

lets discuss

personally i think the qwerty is just too small and wish the number keys had their own seperate buttons. the phone looks nice tho, i'll give it that.

i heart skater punks

i know that's a stereo type and i don't have anything against a "skate-boarder" but i just don't know what to call these kids other than anoying.

i'm tinging up a car charger for some guy, kid walks in wearing his hoody up. he's lookin at accessories or whatever. his phone rings. here's his conversation word for word

"hellow? i'm in the v****** store. yea i know V****** sucks! so did you get the stuff for the party? the D!ldos dude! alright cool!"

at this point both me and my customer are staring directly at him with blank faces. i now see that he is wearing a ski mask. he sees us seeing him and runs out the door laughing as if he made the funniest joke ever.

like i said, i hate skater punks

Those Dog Days

Anyone had a bad 5/9/08? My day completely sucked. It was slow and then the customers I did get to talk to were complete idiots, a holes, and any other adjectives you could come up with. Why do people think that Vinegar and Salt will get them more than Sugar and Spice?

OMG! The chick that was supposed to open this morning DID NOT SHOW!!! I tool in at 10:30 and have to do all the opening crap while trying to help the occasional custie. GRRRRRRR!

had a custy come in had to ask him 3 different times if he need any help b4 i finally acknowledged me
when he did he said no so i went back to what i was doing

so no more than a min later he starts asking me questions

so then he wants to get his son ,who was 13 tops, a upgrade so i asked for his sons cell number well i dont know that number but he is under my acct and starts giving me his number

and i dont know about the rest of u indirects out there but i cant pull all phones under one acct i have to have all the numbers
usually i would have called customer service but he was just being an asshole in general

so as he left he said "this is y u have no business"

im sorry u came when it was empty but the store did 9 new...

Fu*kin Passwords.

First if all... I FUC*IN HATE SEEING AN ACCOUNT WITH A PASSWORD ON IT. EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM MAKES ME CRINGE IN AGONY BECAUSE I KNOW 99% OF THE TIME THE FENCEPOST OF A CUSTOMER I HAVE ON THE LINE WON'T REMEMBER THE DAMN THING.

Why is this such a big problem for customers?

Seriously, I added up the time I spent today JUST resetting passwords. 42 minutes. Granted today was a teeeeeny bit more unusual, but I would estimate I spend at least 25-30 minutes a day resetting forgotten account passwords for morons. WHY IS IT A HASSLE TO REMEMBER FIVE NUMBERS?


Then the really stupid thing, of course, after waiting 5 minutes for them to stop rambling passwords and stuff... is that when I finally am able to change the password... THEY CHANG...

SERIOUSLY...

This guy calls in about a bluetooth headset he says he ordered 3 weeks ago, but can provide me with NONE of the following:

order number
social on the order
department the order was placed with

so as a result i ask if he put his e-mail in the order and had confirmation sent there, he says yes, so i tell him to check his e-mail when he can and call back when he has it, otherwise we have no proof that an order has been placed. I even called care to check in the account to see if the guy did an upgrade and ordered a bluetooth headset that way, THIS GUY DOESN'T HAVE A POSTPAID ACCOUNT yet claims that he billed it to his account...IMPOSSIBLE since he doesn't have an account. So he spends about 15 minutes looking through his e-mail, while...

Anyone have any ideas why it seems like indirects are so shady? Is it because all they want to do is get the sale? This isn't specific to VZW it is an industry wide thing.

I thought this was funny today!

So i work for an indirect.

I had this lady bring in her 50 dollar rebate check and ask if I could cash it for her. When i told her I couldn't do that she got all sorts of pissed and stormed off. I was like "there's a bank right down the street" 🤣

can corporate stores even cash rebate checks?

Last night as a "salesperson".

I got promoted, so now I'm going to be a Verizon Store Manager. My first day at my new store/kiosk is tomorrow.

I've decided to spend my night here trying new greets I've never tried before.

"Wow, that AT&T phone makes your hands look really disproportionate!"

"Gee, does Sprint make it burn when you pee?

"T-Mobile is pink. Does that mean you're a homo?"

Manufacturers give away free stuff

I don't know if anyone has bothered to do any of this, but there are sites that give you free products(rewards) for training.

www.windowsmobiletraining.com gives away microsoft goods for taking windows mobile device training courses. I got two wifi adapters for the 360 and a game for doing it.

Thinklg.com is another one. I just started using it today, so haven't gotten anything from them yet. They do have rewards and points though.

Blackberry has a tracking site where if you sell five devices a month you are entered to win each month.

And Samsung is working on their 08 rewards.
