Sprint commission changes (corp retail stores)
Any thoughts on the commission structure or can anyone further explain it? the way it was explained to me doesn't make much sense. seems like ima be making less......insight is greatly appreciated thanks

this is based off of your base at risk pay...
CSAT - 40%
NEW ACTS (which now include upgrades) - 25%
DATA - 25%
Accessories - 10%
the csat is based on your whole store... to get 100% of your csat's at risk your store must be at 80% higher than that is accelerator lower is decelerator.
