Rudest thing I have ever said to a customer...

So a customer requested a supervisor and the call came to me in sup queue. The agent's name was Jeremy (my name as well).

Me: Hi ma'am, thanks for holding. My name is Jeremy, I am a supervisor here at Sprint.

Cust: (angrily) The agent I was just speaking with was named Jeremy!

Me: Right, but sometimes two different people have the same name....

maybe it's not as bad as it sounds, but it seemed really rude to me, lol

Any one from Sprint 3rd party call centers

Not getting paid? My call center hasn't paid any of us yet and I think maybe Sprint hasn't paid them yet. Sprint also hasn't paid Verizon for the money they owe them. Is Sprint totally ****ing broke?

Hindsight is 20/20

When I was first able to do overage relief and offer it for customers who went over their minutes, I thought it was the greatest idea on the planet. Now, I regret it more than anything that has every occured. Now it's something customers expect. IT DRIVES ME INSANE!!! đŸ‘ŋ đŸ‘ŋ đŸ‘ŋ đŸ‘ŋ

Sorry, we didn't have to let you know that in our new billing system you can only have one bucket of overage relief minutes, because any curtesy offers we have are not part of your terms and service, nor do you have a right to them.

Someone hit me in the head with a bat please. ☚ī¸ The pain is to much. Such a horrible day so far. 😡

Favorite call of the day: The liar

Customer's reality:
I was sold a plan and not told that my free incoming was no longer included by a sales rep that called ME! I shouldn't be liable for all these overages and a $1200 bill for a plan that is $130 a month is rediculous, i've been calling about this for 3 months now to see about my dispute. I asked last time I called if I had free incoming on my share plan and I was told 'i'm not sure, i'll check and have someone call you back on that'

Actual reality: Customer is put on this plan that is all sorts of misinformation in march alright, march of 2007! There was even a note in feb when the plan was future dated that specifically says will NOT have free incoming, ignores this and has literal overages every other month, not even...

Today is gonna be a big day!!

I dono who on here is from the southern california, but I am. Currently outside there are sunny blue skies and it is a hot 90ish degrees. And I came to work today knowing that today is gonna be a big day! I woke up with, to my surprise, no hang over. Hell ya! And as I type a add-a-line just walked up, he thinks I'm looking at his account đŸ¤Ŗ .

Though I wont be at the beach or a BBQ I am going to enjoy this awesome day through my big windows at my store.

Today is going to be a BIG DAY! I hope everyone else has the same 😉

Melissa E. Barr Bois.

If you're a phonescooper.. Thanks for hanging up on me and screwing my conversion a little bit more. You customer care agents are a hell of a team. Learn how to do your job. Not only are you screwing me, but also AT&T. Let's upgrade customers that are far from elligable just because they said they received a little card that says they can. If they would've received the card- I would be able to see that they received the card. MeToo's are unacceptable. Thanks again.

what i'm having a hard time understanding

Is why you would let your one-year-old play with your Blackberry CURVE and then be surpised that buttons aren't working and that your trackball isn't responding.

But I dont have another phone...

Then that's your fault. It's not our fault. It's not our fault that you live out in the middle of no where with a celphone as your only means of communication, outside of the snorting and grunting that you do to communicatge with the weasels and bears that have apparently become your only friend. 🙄 It's not my fault that I can't make outgoing calls to call you back. Stop being a moron and get some friends, neighbors and if your doing an equipment swap or need techincial support then DONT CALL US ON THAT DEVICE. đŸ‘ŋ

Why, in the name of all that is not painful, am I here today?

It snowed in March. All month. A lot. It was horrible. It snowed the first week of April. I wanted to cry. I am so sick of snow.

Friday was the FIRST reasonably nice day we have had all year. Saturday it was actually nice, like mid 60's, some light clouds, a mild breeze. I left every window and door open for the breeze.

Today is GORGEOUS. It is perfect. I walked out to my car to get a pack of gum... and seriously considered staying there.

Low 70's, sunny, a few fluffy white clouds but otherwise clear blue sky, the faintest breeze flutters past occasionally but otherwise it is still, warm, sunny and stunning.

And we're deader than a doornail. In the 4 hours I have been chained to this computer I have had five customers....
