call of the month

I just had a woman politely request to have her final billed charges waived, then when informed that the charges are valid (rep shopper, i'm the 3rd one), she began cussing me out, then using racial slurs against me. i won't say it, but it rhymes with donkey; essentially, "caucasian" ***** b!7ch.

that's a first!

i explained that there was no reason to bring racial slurs into this, then almost succeeded at not laughing at her. she kept it right up, told me to go home to my "racial slur" family and ordered me to waive the $43.xx charge.

"ma'am, are you actually serious? do you really expect me to waive these perfectly valid charges considering the way you're speaking to me? Um... no ma'am, i am not waiving these charges."

Happy Holiday

In stead of having a great day bbq'en and kicken back and having beers and smiling and laughing. I would rather call in my wireless provider and cancel my line in contract, and not pay for a ETF. Cause it is a holiday i can do anything. 😁

No, we will not just waive the Early Termination Fee. You agreed to it when you signed your contract. Didn't read your contract? Too bad. How about not signing things *before* you read and agree to them?

I'm sorry you didn't think about your budget before you got the cell phone. If you knew you couldn't afford it, why did you get one?

Here's a tip : IF YOUR MONTHLY BUDGET REVOLVES AROUND $30-$40, YOU PROBABLY SHOULDN'T HAVE A CELL PHONE.

They are a LUXURY, not a right.

Then you say something really stupid like :

"Well... I guess I'll have to look at OTHER carriers then!"

Pay Raises?!?!

Well, I won't be getting one this year. A couple of days ago, I just completed my first year here at the yellow pin place and didn't have a single raise throughout my first year or even at my year anniversary. This is the first job that I have EVER had that I have not had a raise. Wow, I cannot believe this, I wonder if I should start looking for another one???

It's nice that the company is getting better at CSAT and customer service, but you are shafting your employees in the mean time. How long before your employees start jumping ship because others in the industry are giving more than you are??

TREO 750p vs 755p

Anyone know the major differences?!? Our store doesn't cary one and we need to keep a customer from going to a different store to get the 750p and just go with the 755p for a little more so I want to make it worth it by giving him more info on what he gets with a 755 vs the 750.
any help would be great!

Sometimes....

Sometimes when I get really 'awesome' 😉 😉 customers I tend to stick to the rules very well. If I am able to waive a shipping charge in certain cercumstances but this d-bag is being, well, a d-bag I'll often pretend that it is impossible to waive it. All of the sudden it's out of my hands and you ABSOLUTELY have to pay the fee. Sorry buddy.

But it just seems the nicer custs are the more lenient I am with them, willing to do almost anything, but as soon as they are jerks to me...welp. there's just 'simply nothing i can do! sorry!'

i hate these stupid custies who just cant accept no for an answer. this guy came up to me with an old chocolate. the spring broke and now it wont close. boo hoo. he has insurance on it and not avail for upgrade. so i told him to call the ins company, pay his $50 and hell get a new one. well here comes the whole "i'm losing thousands of dollars every minute and i need this phone on now, blah, blah blah!!!"

Customer came in to see if she can get a replacement phone because hers got ran over. Nothing during the lifetime of this account shows that she even had the insurance. I call someone, that someone speaks to a supervisor which has higher authority and can get more in depth info on any given account...same result. NO INSURANCE.

Now the chick that came in here says that the rep that originally helped her offered the insurance, and they said yes that they did want it, but nothing signifies that is true.
