grrrr

This guy is adding a line to get a phone for the 2 year price instead of retail (saves him a shizzton of money) and then he's getting free activation (another $35) and free shipping (another $๐Ÿ˜Ž AND I gave him a special promotion code for 25% off the total ($63 more dollars) and then he told me he'd only order if I could knock another $50 off...wtf I said I cannot and he hung up on me.

C-ive been with sprint ten years i dont understand why im charged a reconnection fee!

Z-because you had not paid your bill in over 90 days!

C-this is bull$hit cancel this i cant afford it im jobless bye!...were done right?

"I demand Customer Service"

I know I work in retail and this is the profession that I have chosen. I am a very nice and helpful person by nature but when I hear things like this I will give little or no help to a person. I am sorry if what I am telling you isn't exactly what you wanted to hear but it is the best deal I can offer based on the situation and the same offer that you will get anywhere else. So go ahead and threaten to cancel and tell me how stupid the rules are. You signed the contract. You live with the consequences.

Does anyone knoe where I can find

the fcc regulations for outbound calls from a business that a customer has an account with. My line of business has changed it's mind 3 times since I've been employed here stating "FCC says we can't start calling until XX time in the customer's local time zone." I'm currently firewalled and can't search myself.
Anyone have this problem?

I can't hear it ring!

Customer comes in.

C: I bought this phone a few days ago for my girlfriend and she can't hear it ring.

M: Is it coming through at all or she just can't hear it?

C: just can't hear it.

M: Ok, let's look at the settings. Have you tried different ringtones?

C: YEAH!

I call the phone to see how it sounds. When the call comes in, I admit, I couldn't hear it. Then it started getting louder. I realized it has an ascending ring. There is no changing that feature on this particular phone, so I go into the ringtones. I go through the standard ringers, set it, then call it again. The customer agreed that he could hear it better. I explained that it will start out soft, then get louder. He understood. I went back into the ringtones an...

Dumbest effing deal ever. Everyone gets so pissed because they're only upgrading or adding one line and can't get just a free phone as a back up. It clearly says WITH TWO YEAR CONTRACT...but nooo customers can't read. UGH... ๐Ÿ‘ฟ

Just had a cust call me, didn't want to pay upgrade fee when she ordered her phone online.

Cust says "I'm gonna switch to another carrier, no one else charges an upgrade fee"

That's a big fat INCORRECT

So I say "Let me give you ccare's # and you can ask them to waive the fee for you.

Cust says "That's okay, I'm just gonna switch anyway. Bye."

can you match??

Customer: hi, yes best buy, sale their *phone* for 99.99 is there any way you guys can match their price.

Customer: hi, i have the $149.99 plan with Sprint, can I get this family plan for the same price?

Are there wireless carriers that actually match prices of phones and/or plans? Why do people think carriers can match prices, anyway? Because last I checked, the only place that can "match" price is Wal Mart.

Also, if they could get the phone cheaper elsewhere, why try going to another vender/carrier?!

The reason why

they require a data plan is because of you the customers

we have experienced your stupidity before

I had the long distance unlimited and i was a long distance from home, make the charges go away

It's the reason all national carriers killed their local and regional plans and have nation plans exclusively (mostly)


we understand you will say:

But i didn't use data i used the internet

which is why we require a data plan on a data device that also makes call's

m: ok sir i understand and i see your using an iphone correct

c: yeah i just upgraded yesterday

m: well its required and done automatically through our system.

c: well take it off now cause i sure as h*$^ didnt authorize it

m: actually you did sir when you signed the contract but you do have the 30 from point of purchase to take it back and we can remove the passcode.

C: no i want this phone. just take off the data

m: sir if i could i would but i cant you have to have it with the iphone blackberry any kind of smart phone im sorry sir.

ILLEGALS!

I am so sick of having illegal immigrants come into my store and asking about getting a phone at a contracted price, but as soon as you go to create the account, they have no drivers license, no home address, no ssn and no money, they want it charged to the bill! To top it off today, i had two walk in wondering how much it would be to purchase a storm 2 out right so it could be "flashed" to cricket! The 600 after tax sent them rollin pretty quickly out the door. They never come alone either, they always have a translator, which barely speaks english to begin with, or the come with the entire family of 20 kids running around the store destroying displays and disrupting the other customers. I feel like calling the INS

literally give you twenty seconds to give them an answer. I wish we could tell them we've got up to three other chats besides them. Then they just wanna bitch you out- seriously? Do you have an order? No? THEN STOP WASTING MY TIME.
