died and your mom has cancer and you lost your job...but last time I
checked a cell phone was NOT a necessity in life like food or
water...and if you don't pay your bill you won't have a phone...end of
story. I don't care about you or your life. ***

Is addition that hard?

Does it bother anyone else when a customer constantly asks you to add things up? Such as if I get the $99.99 a month plan and then get a $9.99 data feature- how much would my total bill be? I know they can't be that stupid. I'd like to have some faith left in humanity.... but they make it sooo hard. 😕

I have a quick question. With summer coming , the grills are about to be blazing, some of us are going on vacation, some are swimming at home. What are you going to do this summer? Or what is that 1 thing that you just can't wait to get into?

Personally, I cannot wait to have my family reunion and grill out. And just have fun outside. We cannot go to florida this year because of the reunion. But I am still going to have fun with my family. 🤤

What about all of you?

I'm not a racist person , but whats with Indians......

I can account numerous times where I have had funny situations with people from india. but yesterday took the cake. customer walks in very heavy accent, and hands me a flyer. the flyer is for a free pantech c3b with new activation(add a line)he says he and his wife both want free phones. i tell him we are out of stock on the pantech's. he says " ok you guys owe me 2 free phones." i laugh and look at him , realizing he was dead serious i apoligize for laughing then tell him that AT&T doesnt owe him anything , the phone are not giveaway phones its a promotional deal. he then points to the curve and says "you give me 2 free" i then say no(trying not to laugh) the curve is an expensive PDA we dont offer those for free. he then asks the non contr...

Why is it every time I ask this I hear "the main number is xxxxxxxxxx"? Did I ask you that? No! I asked you what number you had a question about. Now I have to ask you the same damn question again because you didnt listen to me the first time. And stop looking at me like I am the idiot because I had to ask you again. If you had answered the question I asked the first time I wouldn't have asked you again.

So, I have a busted G1 (and it's currently being worked on) but not that quickly, because I couldn't pay in time so I'm on my FlexBucket right now.

I wana build a customer trap it will be kind of like a mouse trap just bigger the smart customers should be able to figure out how to get around it and the rest well that sucks for them lol 😎

ok i understand not to have the capability to copy financial info and not having pens or phones at our desk but why we cant we read a magazine or look at say wikipedia or something educational i frequently go 20-30 min between calls amd as long im putting the numbers up whats the problem why o why did i quit chippendales bad career move đŸ˜ĸ

Worst customers = Indians mainly PATELS

1. Want everything for free because they've been a loyal customer for 3 days.
2. Ask you 42,429 questions
3. Take 1 hour of your time
4. End up never buying anything but will ask you for everything
5. Are usually rude and dont understand that maybe just maybe they should read a manual or do something themselves
6. That I dont work for a side store and you cant haggle the prices; its a corporation
7. Will argue over a nickel for an hour
8. If you god forbid do anything wrong they will complain, and complain, and complain
9. If they dont like your answer, they will try to twist it until they get an answer they want - even if they dont get it....

I could go on but why are 99% of them like this? A - Im not racist B - I've worked ret...

I hate it when

I hate it when customers come and say "Oh can you help me find a phone today?" Sure I'd be happy to and when you go through the steps and motions of finding them the best phone and plan they say "oh well I'm going to get it at a store. " If you want to get it at a store. Do not chat in online and waste your time and mine. It defeats the purpose makes my chat time higher and ticks me off. You could have just went to the store and cut out the middle man/woman. Dang! 😡
