Call Center Reps???

I don't know if it's just me, but I've been getting some sexy sounding ladies answering the support line. For those who are actually in the call center, are there true aspirations for eye candy or am I being deceived??? 😕

Fellow Cell Phone people. Lend me thy ear.

I have worn many hats in my day. Since I started wearing a headset hat, I have seen a disgusting trend with my co-workers. Pooping and talking on their cell phones.

If you have to poop, don't talk on your phone. It's gross. It's tacky. You are spreading your poop bacteria all over your phone, so it doesn't matter that you washed your hands (when you touch your phone, your touching poop bacteria). Then you go out and about, shaking hands and giving high 5s and all. You are selfishly spreading your nasty poop bacteria.

When you have to poop, please don't use your phone.

Who should I work for?

I currently work for T-Mob, there, I said it.

I am getting incredibly tired of chargebacks and people returning because of lack of coverage.

It seems like Tmo is purposly undermining it's salespeople and it is getting really hard to take. I can't handle these no-commission, no-contract plans. They don't pay the bills.

I make around 4,500 a month but I work 60+ hours a week.

I want to work less hours and make comparable money...

Who do you recommend?

The Great Depression Rant

That's what I call coming to work every day. Same old **** just a different turd. Why do TL's and such have to bother me about my stats? They're my stats, let me worry about them... And don't send some schmuck down the aisle to ask why I'm in callback. I'm obviously doing it for a reason. If I get in trouble for stats, it's my own fault. I will do worse if you constantly hound me about it. F*** off and quit buggin me....I swear to God this place makes me wanna go postal sometimes.

Rep shopping......anybody get people like this?

Anybody get calls with customer making a request that sounds a little out of the ordinary and when you check the account notes, they've called 15 times already that day and each rep has told them and notated the same things? I always post a priority note in the account telling future reps that they are not eligible/no credits/no upgrade bs that customer has been told repeatedly.

I can hear you....

Customer comes in with a problem. It's not even his problem. He was asking about a problem for his brother, who doesn't even have our carrier. I suggested a few things he could do and ultimately decided he should go to his carrier to figure out the problem. My customer called him on SPEAKERPHONE to tell him. I had asked a question to my customer, who gave me the phone instead. I asked the brother a few questions, then, once again, suggested a few things and repeated he should see his carrier. He tried to argue with me for a few minutes, but I stressed on seeing his carrier since I do not know how to fix the issue. He finally said thanks and I handed my customer the phone again. As soon as my customer says hello, the brother goes on and on ab...

almost nude...

I was stopping at a gas station the other day when it was warm. Went in to pay and a car pulls up with about 6 people in it. Woman got ot and asked to use the bathroom.

The issue was how she was dressed? A loose fitting see through jump suit and that was it!

Acted like no big deal and got the key. Used it and left. The funny part was others. One woman grabbed her kid and covered his eyes.

The question is what is the most reveling out fit that ever came in your store?

Interruptions/I hate it when....

👿 I hate it when customers interrupt me in the middle of me starting my opening/greeting script. I mean I can barely get out.."Thank you for calling **********," before I get...."Yes is so and so working today?" which brings up another point. What the frack is so hard about listening to menu options when you're calling a store? Listen to the menu options and choose the one that says you'll be forwarded to a STORE representative, not a CUSTOMER CARE representative. Then you wouldn't have to call me, I would have to listen to you stutter thru whatever bull you're about to feed me and my time won't be wasted and I can help people that really need it. I swear to Christ people should have to pass an IQ test before they're allowed to ha...

I hate you Verizon.

I am standing here in my little tiny freaking 3rd party T-Mobile kiosk looking over at your stupid corporate stand surrounded with customers and you make me want to kill myself.

I've sold four freaking phones so far in as many hours, and I'm the only one here.

How many have you done? 10? 20?

I hate you.

I'm done now. Going to sell more phones. Hopefully I'll be porting some Verizon numbers in today... 😛

i just want to say...

all customers are innocent!! it will always be the rep's fault cause we are to blame for the plague in africa, the earthquake in asia, the ice blast in oklahoma & the third ear their child was born with. the customer never lies, is always right & in a perfect universe always pays their bill on time

this has been a public service message from an alternate reality "GET YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR @SS & BACK INTO REALITY"....UGH 😎

At&t VS Verizon VS Sprint VS T-mobile

Dear Customer,

We as a company value your business, but no, where not going to price match to our competition. Every company has there pros/cons but thats competition. Ex: At&t add on line = $10, not $5 like t-mobile, but t-mobile doesnt have rollover (better comparison due to my lacking performance in my bad analogy)

We are companies, yet we don't know your issue until you tell us. If you tell us to refer to the notes, and we look at the notes and you called 18 times in the past 9 days all about diffrent things (real person) then no were not going to know your issue until you tell us.

Though we are good companies and i hope you are doing research before you sign T&C or getting an upgrade then in 1month want to cancel cause a better...

SMART TALK???? BOOST??? you don't have a real cell phone.

1. I am pissed that regular contract phones have taxes attatched to them when these no-contract peice of garbage services don't have it.

2. What is the deal with Smart Talk? Isn't it just a glorified Tracfone service, and am I losing my mind or does the stupid thing have very very very good service at $45.00 a month???

3. T-Mobile, WTF???? What are you trying to do with these no-contract plans? You're prettymuch telling your customers "Screw you, go to some other carrier if you want discounts on your devices"

I just don't get it. It seems like the cell phone companies just try to hate on and undercut their own salespeople when they do half of this pre-paid BS.

The infamous Sprint prank caller

Anyone else got this guy? He plays a soundboard containing random rep's greetings and dead air scripts, and has a few of himself saying things like "-undred" and "213 28-".

It's funny because he spoofs Caller ID as a 213-286-1*** number that comes up as RBOC landline in fonefinder.net.

I milk it for all it's worth because I rather deal with a pranker than a customer. 🙂
