I DON'T

WANT TO TALK TO ANYMORE RETARDED CUSTOMER WHO CAN'T FOLLOW SIMPLE DIRECTIONS TO GET THEIR PHONE REPLACED...

I asked a lady what type of phone she has, she told me a Mocorola Blackberry. Another called and asked me if she would be getting a blackberry for her replacement phone, when she has a samsung messenger 2. I just don't get why people have to be so stupid!!

TODAY IS GOING TO BE HORRIBLE ON THAT. i have had 4 calls and all 4 have been transfered. which isnt a problem except my stats are to high on transfers anyway. WHY ME!!!!!!!! 😕

Incomplete Wakeup for T-Mobile 8100

Hi guys,

I wasn't 100% sure which section to post this in, so I'll let the moderators figure out the appropriate location (sorry!).

I'm a former Solectron/Flextronics tech, and Verizon Wireless Corporate Customer Service Rep, however I was under the impression some of the information regarding hard resetting phones on their intranet would've been leaked to the public by now. Turns out I underestimated their lockdown on information. 😛

I'm also currently in Afghanistan, so the usual options of "Bringing it into a dealer's store" is kind of out of the question.

Right now, I'm having an incomplete wakeup problem on a T-Mobile Blackberry handset. As soon as the battery is put into the handset, it briefly shows the hourglass icon on...

stupid fuzzy computers

i hate it when i feel like i sit at a bad computer, the screen is blurry and it's not able to be focused in.... how am i suppose to sit here and read the chats like this for hours and not be able to move!? it'd be a dream if all of the monitors in the center could be replaced with flat screen monitors... 😢

I just got this call I just got done verifying her mobile number and this lady started just screaming random crap at me. And I was like man if a howler from Harry Potter really exsisted then I think I just got one. I had to take my head set off and talk to this woman it was that bad 👿

Quick gripe...

I hate it when customers call in and as soon as the call is connected to me, my eardrums get assaulted by the loudest most godawful music. "CAN YOU TURN YOUR MUSIC DOWN SO I CAN SET THIS PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT CAUSE YOUR BROKE SELF CAN'T PAY A 53.00 BILL?"

Get any more stupid then they already are. So I get this call I almost busted out laughing on because it was this dumb it goes as follows. (I'm not doing the into or anything I'm going to go straight to the point)

Me: So how can I assist you today?

Cx: Well I got the phone and it didn't have a battery in it and I called in the other day but they said the battery was on backorder.

Me: Well I do apologize but I do see here that the battery is still currently on back order and at this point you would have to wait till it comes in stock before we can send it.

Cx: I know what you all did you ran out of battery's then you went into my box and stole my battery out of my box.

Me: 😳 🤣 Uh sir these are pre packaged boxes they don'...

Yes I have an obsession with call centers

So I know a call center that is hiring close to me and i'm tiring of being inside an actual store selling so I'm thinking of taking a change of scenary and taking the call center job. Any suggestions on if this would be a horrible mistake or what life as a call center rep is actually like?

Over the past few days I have had customers coming in with Blackberry's that have been playing a graphic joke after hanging up a call or text message, the only way that I know how to get rid of this is to wipe the device, when we go though the device to see if they have any 3rd party apps installed or anything it doesn't show up, figured I would check and see if anyone was having this issue or had a better solution to stop the issue.

Classic "I hate my job" thread

Well, not so much that i hate my job, more like i hate the company. i work for a 3rd party call center, and they suck ***. from this point on, i am just sitting here, knowing that i can be walked out at any moment. This company has the stupidest attendance system i have ever heard of. and what sucks even more is knowing that i'll be reaching my goals, but wont be eligible to get bonus for it until July or Aug 👿 ....if only i had a metal baseball bat, and could bash all the windows of this building, then the person who came up with the attendance system, and not go to prison..

Another 'I Hate It When...'

I hate getting calls from customers who are in the bathroom - like who are they kidding?!?!?!? You can HEAR that distinctive echo, the tinkle - and let's not for get the FLUSH! It may be ok with some people, but I think it is just plain RUDE!

customers: it takes us on average 5-7min to complete each transaction even though we know exactly what to do...

dnt try and call us for something when you only have 1-2min to spare... 👿

Ford Sync and Moto Droid

Sorry if this is a duplicate thread, but I tried to search and didn't find any previous articles.

I am needing some help with getting a Moto Droid to Sync with Ford Sync. The problem we're running into, is the Droid only allows entry of up to 4 digits for Bluetooth Pairing code. But, the Sync has a 6 digit code.

Any ideas?

I just wanted to thank the managers and higher ups who decided to close their St. Louis, Missouri call center. You forced me to free myself of working in customer care for a wireless company. I worked for TMo for almost 5 years and then another 1.5+ years for big VZ. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for forcing me to find a new line of work. I now work in online sporting goods. I don't have to listen to how crappy your reception is 10000 feet up on a mountain in the middle of flippin nowhere. does verizon have any PTT phones that you can add the ptt contact on the phone or do they all need to be set up on the website.
