Proposed change to cellular contracts....

I suggest all cell carriers add some of the following suggested clauses, because if the customer agrees they deserve what happens to them.

1) We (The carrier) agree to radomly disrupt your service by either suspending service or by cancelling account and you (The customer) agree we are not responsible for any additional charges you incur to get service restored.

2) We (The carrier) agree to randomly add services to your account and you (the customer) agree you will pay it without question. If you complain about the services, we will, at the care reps discretion, add a charge of up to 250% or your regular monthly service charges.

3) We (the carrier) agree that all of our reps have the right to not give you valid credit for our errors...

Platinumtel's shady owners up to it again.

Without notice this morning, Platinumtel started charging 0.10 per message for incoming and out going picture messages. No notification was sent to customers. Only dealers got notification today at roughly 1pm.

Here is the email I got today:

Valued PlatinumTel Dealers,

Effective today, picture messaging will cost $.10 per incoming and outgoing message for customers on the Unlimited Talk and Text Plan. I spoke to Customer Service and they are giving out credits to customers since there was no advance warning, so customers can call in to receive a credit for their picture messages that they thought were free.

I apologize about the short notice. Please feel free to contact myself or Serina with any questions you may have.

I just got a call, First she entered her cell phone number wrong in the IVR...could not hear her due to her mumbling..had to ask her 3 times for her phone number...then I asked her what her issues was and the witch started screaming at me to talk to someone else because I wasnt listening to her...I CAN'T HEAR YOU.and plus she was at the wrong department so didnt have to really take the call....so I transfered her back to the que... 👿 😈

Me: At&t has the iphone ma'am, i dnt know why at&t doesnt get more than the backflip, but they are investing in more android OS phones

Uh..WHAT?

Customer is in store. Chatting with another customer while I'm on the phone with customer service. One is pregnant. They start hatting about that. One asks the other if she is working. She said no one would hire her right now. I figured it was because she was very pregnant. WRONG. She sais something about a felony. The other cust asks what she did, to which Ms. Pregnant nonchalantly replies, " Oh, I tried to kill so-and-so."

just another day in paradise...

finally got a log in.. instead of just the creepy stalker chick reading everyone elses post 🙂 . so here iam. killing time trying 2 ignore customers that are bringing my day down. i dont understand why people can't listen to voice prompts. i mean really, u want activations.. hit the right button! grrr

hope every1s day is going better than mine!

okay so cst calls in about a free text sent to him to aware him of his 50.00 of data usage he has. cst thinks this is to tell him he will have to have a 50.00 data plan.


custy: i called in and last rep said there will be no data plan that it will be added by itself!!

me: ?? um okay thats correct. if u have a smart phone and u dont have a data plan it will be added by the system

custy: then why did i get a text saying that i have to get a 50.00 data plan!

me: let me take a look. (no data plan on account under his line, but he does have 50.00 in usage charges) sir this is a free text to say u have a data usage for not putting the data plan on ur line and using the data on ur phone

custy: but rep said it would be added by itsel...

i picked up two nice sony and samsung phones to replace my stolen ones with coupons from myplutos - nowdays it makes sense to get coupons for everything when shopping online. 😁 😁

This lady on my chat just asked me if she buys a phone from me can I give her the codes she can unlock it to use on any carrier? Why would I do that- esp since you can't because it doesn't offer a SIM?

me: I'm sorry I can't.
cx. Dang ya'll can't do nothing here. You might as well go out of business.

me: We are actually closing our doors tomorrow.

me: No.

me: well go there and we will go out of business (friend of mine works there and I know they can't do it. I call him to give a heads up).

Todays Gripe

If you walked up to a desk that is decorated with awares someone has,
if you know the person who has all these things sit there every day,
if there is a note taped and flipped down over the computer screen that says reserved by mgmt for a specific person,
if said not actually listed the times you would be using that desk,
if you know that that person causes a RUCKUS,
if you are not on the deam whos section that desk is in,
if you know that that person causes a RUCKUS, every time someone sits in their desk and pretty much you know you would not be safe............
WHY WOULD YOU DO IT.
While it does seem childish but I am not quite sure if I am going to trow hot coffee in someones face over this
or shank them

I would laugh if I didnt want to strangle

in my shopping cart, the nationwide talk and text 700 plan is showing at $112.86, why is it not $90 plus $9.99 for the additional line for a total of 99.99?




can anyone guess the correct answer to this question?
