Are you talking about the Treo Pro or the upcoming Android devices?
Thanks
Went to the corp store and my wife got the Treo Pro cuz we could keep the same plan. Hopefully when the android phones are out I can upgrade my phone without changing... :-)...
SERO Plan Phone Upgrade Questions
I have a phone on a SERO account that is due for an upgrade. I have a couple of questions though. Is it true that you can not have an Instinct S30 on a SERO line? If so, are there any other phones that have that restriction? Lastly, can a corporate Sprint store perform an upgrade on a SERO line, or do I have to call telesales? I seem to remember that we could not ...
A simple no will suffice...
... so no one really knows...
So that I don't have to switch to T-Mobile...
... anyone know when Sprint will be releasing an Android phone?
Really?
You are really going to RECOMMEND someone to get the a560? And a used one at that? Woo... man. Thats mean.
Re: Yean...Question
.koz is the file extension of songs downloaded from the Sprint Music store. As far as I know you can't convert them to MP3s. However, if you are looking to get the songs again you can. If you go to the music store and then to your song library you can press menu and select "web sync." Your phone will then re-download your music at no charge. Depending on how many songs you had ...
Thanks.
Looks like no discount. Oh well. Thanks both for your help.
Re: Yean!
Same email.
Re: Yean!
Sure. Thanks man. I'll be waiting for your PM in the meantime. :D
Yean!
While I got you on here wanna tell me if Puma gets a discount through Sprint? I doubt it will beat SERO but I'm curious.
Re: Employer discount question.... oops.
Sup Yean? Well, I'm still on EDRP now, which will be switching to SERO soon, I work for Puma now as a store manager and thought I would look around at other services. I'm happy with Sprint and thinking of getting the Instinct but before I drop the money on it I thought I would explore other touchy screeny phones.
Re: Employer Discount Question.
Rather not post it on the interwebs. PM it to you?
Re: Employer discount question.... oops.
I know I said VZW... I was posting this in both forums and thought I was in VZW... Anyways, thanks for the info on the iPhone plans, that's what I thought. :x
Employer Discount Question.
Can anyone tell me if Puma employees get a discount on VZW service? If so how much. The full company name is Puma North America. Thanks to anyone who can help!
Re: Employer discount question.... oops.
Obviously I meant At&t service, not VZW. In addition can the discount be applied to an iPhone plan?
Employer discount question.
Can anyone tell me if Puma employees get a discount on VZW service? If so how much? The company name is technically Puma North America. Thanks for anyone's help!
Answer.
Have'nt posted in a while but since I know this one I'll chime in.
The GPS in the air cards works as a stand alone GPS reciever, much like a Bluetooth GPS puck. If you have one and you have a program on your computer that will access the stand alone GPS from the air card then you can do all the things you were asking about in your OP. So, find an app for your laptop that ...
Re: Samsung m520 NAI
No, I never did get a solution to this. I think they finally got around to fixing this loophole. Sucks, but not a deal breaker, other than that the phone functions very well as a mid range device.
Re: Samsung m520 NAI - How To
Yep, I would think so. Do you have access to eTicket?
Re: Samsung m520 NAI - How To
hmmmm, don't know what to tell you. Thats how it works. I did it back when I had a a900. Worked fine. Are you sure you have the MSL and not the OTSLK?
Re: Samsung m520 NAI - How To
Then you have the wrong MSL. Where did you get it from?
Re: Samsung m520 NAI - How To
Yep. But I think you press 0 instead of * on the a900 to access the field service menu.

Disable Modem NAI in Field Service -
Menu Settings Display *
Enter the 6-digit MSL code
Go to Toggle NAI
Select Off Modem NAI
Thats great and thats how you do it on most Samsung devices, however the reason I posed this question is that "toggle NAI" is no longer an option in the field service menu...
Re: Samsung m520 NAI
Thanks I still have your email addy. I'm trying to get out of wireless. Love the toys, hate the industry.
Re: Samsung m520 NAI
I've been good man. I'm getting laid off though in the store closures. It's great for me as I was trying to get out anyway, now I can take a few months off while finding a new job!!! I picked up a couple of m520s since I have never used a discount for my Advantage Club or EDRP lines and I am not going to want to pay for the Blackberry when my severance runs out. ...
Re: Samsung m520 NAI
On most of the Samsung phones you can go into a secret menu by navigating:
menu>settings>display>then pressing * or 0 depending on the model, then with the MSL you can toggle the NAI to off and it allows for PAM without paying for the PAM package, as long as you have the unlimited power vision plan then whammo, free PAM. They seem to have gotten keen on this as there is no longer a toggle NAI option in the ...
Re: Samsung m520 NAI
It doesn't. Thanks though. I'm trying to disable ONLY the modem NAI through the field service menu.
Re: A question for Sprint NSS reps...
4 days is even longer than I've ever seen. Well then, you're on your own, just thought I'd ask.
Re: Samsung m520 NAI
On the phone itself. I only want to disable the secondary modem NAI.
Re: A question for Sprint NSS reps...
When did you first swap the authorized user name? It can take a little while for the name change to show up on the CID.
Samsung m520 NAI
Anyone had any luck disabling the NAI on the Samsung m520???

I'm the wrong one to ask as I have never carried a Windoze device.
I truly don't know. I just know that my friends who have WM devices have MMS apps. I'm sure when you find an app you want to try the download instructions will answer that question for you.
And oh yeah,
make sure you sync your device BEFORE installing any 3rd party app.
Yes.
Although MMS is not native to Sprint's WM devices, there are numerous picture mail applications that can be downloaded for free. As far as which is best, I'm the wrong one to ask as I have never carried a Windoze device. Just try googling picture mail app and your device ie. windows mobile 6 picture mail app or something to that effect.
Re: Storelead & Junglemassive

To those who would like to put a negative spin on this statement please note I am VERY pleased with the situation as I now have several months to relax and am being compensated VERY well during that time. Being a manager for Sprint over the past few years has been a lot of fun but it's time to cut my ...
Re: Hear Ye, Hear Ye
Lol. In my personal time? No way. But I did do that while I wasn't busy at work. I was just offered a position back at Sprint if I want it though, so I may take it and be back in the Sprint saddle. I'm gonna take a few months off and explore my options either way.
Re: Hear Ye, Hear Ye
Thanks! It means a lot coming from a phonescoop hottie!!! lol.
