Re: Using Sounds for Ringtones - There LOUD!
If you want really loud ringtones MP3's you need to open the mp3 up in a program like Adobe Premiere Pro or Soundbooth and then edit the MP3 file by right clicking on the track on the timeline then choosing Audio Gain and also raise the volume output so when you render it out, the mp3 will sound louder. I tried this and it works great.

It's ok I already solved my problem. I am sick and tired of accepting referbs that don't work. I called up demanded a brand new phone and shazamm it appeared the very next day. This one seems to function properly for now.

i am becoming convinced that the Env Touch is really just designed to be a conversation piece. If you want a reliable phone with great reception, responsive touch screen (one that responds during a call) and decent battery life you need to go with anything but the Touch.

Holy cow. A solar panal? Does this mean I can generate electric for my entire apartment? Actually no matter how much I titl the screen does not come on. It makes no sense. It should light bavk up by pressing the clear button or the unlock on the side and it doesn't. And I have no idea about any solar panal. This phone is denitintely spacy for sure.

I tried tilting my phone down up sideways and backwards and every angle possible and no screen appears. I don't understand how this could be considered a feature? When you make a call and the screen goes blank there is no possible way to get the screen back on even if you press the unlock on the side. I have no idea what your talking about.

I just got an ENV Touch. I have had the Voyager and the Dare and never had this problem. When I use the touch screen to make a call a few seconds after the touch screen goes blank while the phone is still ringing. During a call I cannot get the touch screen to wake up. Or you can use DVD Ripper from ImToo. I don't sure Premiere Elements I use Premiere Pro CS3. I got me the whole Master Collection. And it was absolutley $0 :D

I saved myself $15 a month and had everything blocked. Now, I won't be charged for anything. :D I wouldn't use the mobile web if it was free. Too slow waste of time. But to each their own.

Actually on the Voyager, the Verizon "can you hear me now guy" flashes on the front screen and waves his hands trying to get your attention to let you know you have a phone call. IT's pretty neat. :D

Just ordered a new computer with a quad processor and went with XP. Stay away from Vista at all costs. nothing but problems. Maybe in 3 years the bugs will be worked out.

Verizon told me that sometime in January there will be a new software upgrade to the V05. Who knows. I still am using V03 and don't want to jeopardize the battery life as it is not all that great to begin with.

Verizon states that there is a new update scheduled sometime in January. I am waiting for that one. Too many complaints about battery life and problems after updating to V05. So far, the scrolling has been no problem for me. Since the update just fixes the 8gb problem big deal I don't use past a 1GB. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

The camera is probabely programmed to take pictures using slow shutter speeds. The slower the shutter speed, the lighter the picture will come out but also you need to hold the camera very still to compensate for the slow shutter speeds.
