Re: Analysis: Sprint network upgrade may curb unlimited data
post article please? firewalled :(
paperless enviroment
No paper of any sort, books, magazines, newspapers, it's a security risk. unless management decides to flood the center with OT sign-ups sheets or other such bs.
My favorite part....
agents are expected to work 92% of their scheduled shift. OK I can take a long lunch or three or early out. as long as I am under 8% absentism its all good. right?
Re: Holiday Bonus?
that's terrible!! black balloons, I would be so mad!
Holiday Bonus?
We used to get a food basket, turkey, potatoes, oranges and stuffing in a reusable holiday bag from the company every year. Then it was a gift card, then a christmas card. Last year nothing, this year nothing. How about the rest of you? $$, food, card?
Re: Not true...
no credit for selling phones? you must be doing it wrong. Im in sprint care and so far this month have sales credits for a dozen new phones, add-a-lines and upgrades.
Re: Giving notice
if you decide to stay, and you usually get a tax refund (if you have dependants and qualify for EIC) file exempt next year. Pay sucks ABC (Agents Barely Compensated) might as well hang on to your $$ instead of giving it to the government.
Re: Anyone esle
ethics training is required every year
Re: WHY LIE???
I get this a lot too. Customers are too lazy to look the info up online. (and too cheap, the 2700 is free, iden units are not) Reps are not very knowledgeable due to high turn-over and impossible metrics.
Re: Dear sprint store reps...
I had that call last week...acct holder for 7 years, 25% corporate discount, asked for ugrade fee to be credited, no I cant do it, asked for a sup, sup said no cant do it, call was sent to escalations, nope cant do it. I'd be happy if customers were just told about the fee when purchasing in a store.
Re: Training.
9 weeks!!! what company?
Re: epic 4g
check your info, july playbook shows OS Android 2.1
Re: curious ...
Phone rep, USA. Sprint/Nexel
Re: uuugghhh
oh yea.... hope it was under 30 seconds!
Re: COOS?
:) are you a store rep?
Re: COOS?
yes
Re: My favorite call...
not to mention that if your transfer rate is over goal for the pay period your pay drops!!
Re: Fraud stories
yes I had a guy call in from a store trying to setup a new account, he was using a slightly different name and a different ss# from a previous acct with an outstanding balance on it. Same billing address. I made him pay off the account. Then he didnt have the money for the deposit on the new acct!
Re: i1 wtf?
yep...your are right...release was announced for 6/6 and there has been no notice on why it was not released :( c'mon sprint we need to know!
Re: Portland ACS, this is not right.
very hard to make anything above minimum wage since the March 6th ABC Matrix went into effect anyway. The only way to make good $ is with sales!
Re: Portland ACS, this is not right.
You forgot where you work, acs, always changing something. :D It is not hard to get 100% VP. If you are not able to do so and disagree with your sites current process to bring it up, quit.
call openings
do most of you provide your first and last names and locations? is this standard? do customers ever try and contact you online, email, facebook, etc? thanks for any commmets
Re: To those considering the 8350i...
yep....and more. I frequently hear from customers that the 8350i will automatically go to speaker phone and will not allow to go back to private and that the phone has been replaced multiple times with same issues on each phone
Re: WHY CANT WE ALL GET ALONG???
I actually enjoy calls from store employees, as long as it is to assist the customer (and not the software they are using that I have no clue about, call dealer support!) However just because a person works in a call center does not mean they are being paid an hourly wage. The call center I work in we are paid per call and sales.
Call times
aargh customer putting me on hold... what do they think I get paid by the hour??? I hate it when they call from work and make me wait!!!!
Re: Is it just my call center or...
ABC - activity based compensation, goals have been going up every month, lower handle time, higher issue resolution - wonder what it will be 6 months from now? work harder, faster & cheaper!!!! CEO's need the $$.
Re: Outsourced CSR's!
Yes it does feel like the screws are being constantly tightened down. We are paid per call, a sliding rate based on call surveys. The "goal" has increased every month. Where will it stop? When we are all making less than minimum wage? (pay is subsidized at that point) 7 years of experience supporting the cellular client, made minimum wage on my last paycheck. Oh but I have a job :D
Re: SPRINT SPENDING LIMIT FEE
sure to stay on asl but not to have the account created as an asl account
Re: SPRINT SPENDING LIMIT FEE
You can not request to be put on the Account Spending Limit program. It is based entirely on credit score.
Re: one call...
not really commission, our hourly wage is based on a pay per call rate that is determined by the grade we receive according to the sprint customer satisfaction survey, a no survey drops the rate per call, average is $1.50 per call, if an agent drops below minimum wage during the pay period then pay is subsidized, usually with our own holiday or pto :(
Re: one call...
lol, not if you get paid per call!!!
Re: Everything Data Family - with Any Mobile, Anytime
anyone can get the plan, but it is 1500 land line minutes, unlimited any mobile, messaging and data, and it is $129.99 for 2 phones, additional lines are $19.99 and it does qualify for additional corporate or governement dicsounts, ie credit union 10% off.
Re: My Call time
Congrats! We actually get paid per call and goal is 6.5 minutes.
PRORATED
Sprint contracts are prorated, after first 6 months the $200 ETF drops $10 per month until it reaches $50
