I will not be camped out but I have already sold my XV6800 and am using a V3m on VZW just counting down the days till I can get my paws on the G1. VZW reception is a bit better but in my area it is not that big a deal...Plus SOOO much cheaper a month.

with samsung rewards... go to retail.samsungrewards.com, registar and report all samsung phones with any carrier, get points to get all kinds of stuff from book & DVDs to Car parts to Electronics. /;| that sounded like a commercial

Yeah, It is already up, but you have to registar and i don't have a carrier code for Tmobile or verizon.

So I got this email a little while ago from Samsung reward saying "the magic of samsung is coming" august 5th Any Speculation...? should i wait to put in sales that are going to be within the 7 days till after the 5th?... or I am wondering if they are going to multiply points already earned!!! So far I got TomTom one Xbox 360 20GB Gears of war and an extra controler So... Any one have ideas

Any one else notice that it has the 1700 band and T-mobile is not advertising it anywhere? even on the phone details at tmobile.com it does not say anything about 1700 or 3G. /;|

I have always said that the Iphone was no where worth the money. I Claimed that it was worth no more than 300-400. I am pleased to see that the phone is now more reasonably priced. With that said... $100 Credit? I was having so much fun laughing at the Idiots that bought it early :lol: :lol: :lol:

So I called again and told them last time i was hung up on and please don't hang up on me. Then they said "oh okay I need to get you account services." he then put me on hold and then kept clicking over and saying "stay on the line sir" every 10 sec. This went on for about 2 min then... I GOT A BUSY SIGNAL and then the line cut... In the end it worked out for me though. They ported ...

I swear i have never dealt with a worse company than Sprint. :evil: :evil: So It MUST be their policy that if they don't want to do something for you they say: "Okay can you hold for a moment..." Then the call ends. It is like they sent out a memo saying, "If a customer wants something hang up on them!" Then the hold time is like 45 min all the time. Ridiculous. This is great, Sales of t-mobile at my store have skyrocketed since hot spot@home... but one of the big reasons for signing up is that alot of people still have faxes and need the land line for it. This will be another great launch...

I have not held it, but samsung normally makes quality phones...We will see when it comes out, at very least it is a great concept.

I like it. if they can make it in the $100 range it will be great for kids that want a keyboard but think the sidekick is to big and can't afford a Blackberry.

I work for an agent and make about the same as corp. I am able to take any day off i want, Normally if i need the next day off it is rarely a problem. I don't have to deal with "upper management" I manage 2 stores and Just have to answer to the owner, who i am personal friends with. It is way better to work for an agent especially if you are going to school.

Yes it does have A-GPS...I have not found any to unlock this feature, but you can use a BT GPS reciever w/ Google maps for free.

I don't know about the US pricing, But a relative of mine just got one for FREE in Germany with her plane. But then again everything (in phones) is cheaper out there.

It is a large program and takes for EVER to load. plus nothing to great on it...Use handango instead.
