The 700w was a PALM issue and not Verizons. Palm chose to cheap out (wow do you think so) on the memory since MS said you could use a minimum of 32MB RAM and Palm being the idiots they are chose to use it. Gee they must be used to running a single app at a time, oh wait thats what Palm OS did.

No I had the 700w and it did work, but only an app or two at a time. It was not defective from OS or customization but from design. Spring got the 700wx first but only due to most likely the inventory position and contractual obligations. No thanks Palm.

lol ok so if a verizon phone goes bad then its the manufacter.

if a sprint phone goes bad then its sprints fault

its a phone by phone basis the 700w lacked memory that cannot be verizons fault.

lol ok... well if your cheap sprint samsung phone drops calls then its samsungs fault because it doesnt have a higher powered radio then a sanyo 🤣

yeah i agree with johnathan, it was Verizon's call to approve the phone with the given hardware, insufficient memory and all, so *they* dropped the ball, not Palm.
