sadly, most reps don't read up on the upcoming devices until theirVZW rep tells them to.... and my rep doesn't "have any information regarding" new devices or plans or ANYTHING until VZW infocenter tells her about them. it's kinda sad.

I'm doing a Sprint/Nextel dealer website and was wondering if anyone knew a resource where I can get high res images.

I have the wing and I'm a rep as well. T-mobile uses 3 main servers for data traffic. It could be that sometimes Wings need to be on a different data server. First we need to check a few things.
Go into Start > Settings > click on Connections Tab > GPRS setting. Make sure your phone has selected CHAP authentication.
NEXT
Go into Start > Settings > Connections Tab > Connections > Highlight "Manage Existing Connections" link > Select T-Mobile Data and Tap EDIT > Make sure T-Mobile Data is the name of the connection > NEXT > ACCESS POINT NAME can be either wap.voicestream.com, wap.internet2.com, or wap.internet3.com. If it IS one of these names, you're on the right track.
If it is NOT working after all these steps, then what should fix it is to call into customer care and ask them to suggest a different access point name.
Some wings work better on different waps than others.
Try these steps out. It should help you a lot.
ALSO, I Should mention it takes 24-36 hours in some cases for internet to work once you've signed up for the T-Mobile Unlimited Data Plan feature.
NOTE: you can attach or detach this feature at anytime without resigning an agreement.
