🙂 Is anyone aware of if, and when Palm and Verizon may be introducing the 650 with the windows OS? i keep hearing rumors but can't find anything. I went to replace my phone today (destroyed in hurricane) and the sales guy said 'it's coming".

Ive been reading some of the posts trying to answer my question and saw that a lot of you guys are really smart about phones and all, so i have a quick question.

I am a Verizon customer, and my contract will expire in May 2006. I have my eye on the LG VX9800, but i am wondering what phones may/are coming out around May-March of 2006?? I want a phone with a camera(flash would be great), and i want one in which i could put MP3's into it and use them as ringtones or to just listen. Thx guys.

I heard that Nextel is getting a Razr phone after the New Year and exsisting customers will be able to upgrade for free. I was told this (by whisper) from a Nextel rep while looking at new phones last week. Has anyone heard of this?

have anyone heard anything about the back order on the PPC 6700 😳

My wife and I can upgrade Saturday. Should we get one of these phones or wait a few weeks for the new razor with verizon?? Or any other cool phones???

I want to know when Verizon is going to come out with a phone like the New Blackberry only good for Sprint or Cingular?

I am wanting to get a palm type phone like the blackberry but the newest.

I want to purchase a Nokia 6230 from Cingular, and our local store in Pittsburgh claims this is being discontinued and replaced with a newer model. I cannot find any information confirming this on the Cingular or Nokia web sites.

Does anyone know if this is true?

We received signs today for new phones, we all know they are coming, but check this out... they are giving away z500's, c1300's and T237(should be thrown in the trash). My opinion is they are making room for the barrage of new phones being released... maybe why they pushed the release dates back on the 3 newest phones... c1500,c2000, and nok 6102...

why would nokia put a flip phone out with cingular without bluetooth???? for the cheap people?? whats up with that?

I'm hearing rumors of a new Blackberry being launched by Verizon in the near future.
Anyone have any idea what model it will be? I'm hearing it's going to be like the Treo... 7100i maybe?

Anyone hear or know if Cingular will carry this phone. I read up on it and it seems to have everything I want on my phone. Of course because of that it probably won't get carried.

If I bought it unlocked and put my Cingular chip in it would it work or should I expect problems from Cingular.

does anyone know of any new cingular phones coming out? i heard that the motorola v180, v220 and the lg 1400i have reached there end of life. any news on what the replacements will be.

I was just in a cingular store today when i asked the rep if there were any new phones coming out soon, she whispered that they just heard about the next generation razr phone, and she thinks it is called the razr v8, she said it should be coming out beginning of December.

If anyone else has heard this rumor, please tell me so i can know if i should wait or not

Mate reckons that thursday at Carphone Warehouse on Oxford street they are giving out some free phones and itunes stuff at midnight. They have the new moto itunes phone and are giving em away and other stuff to promote this. First 100 people. Anyone else going... ?? WHY are these always flipping midnight !!!

I have heard two different rumors....The Motorola v635 coming out on CINGULAR. and the RAZR coming without a camera. Someone from a previous forum told me that the BLACK RAZR for Cingular could not have video capture, but I know of one that does. Please help understand these rumors.

Ok have read the forums here and am new to them. I have currently a Moto V600 and this is the 3rd piece of junk they have given me. Pretty much fed up with Motorola phone. Thing is I have been on the phone with cingular and they have told me there are no new phones coming out soon to there knowledge. Of course this could just be because the support people acctually don't know.
Anyway I could care less about PTT and MP3 stuff on my phone, but for work and pleasure I need Bluetooth, Pictures and Video, good signal strength and world capabilities. From what I see on the web and what they are offering on the phone to me sucks and is very unappealing.
If I buy and unlocked phone what is the difficulties of getting it to work on Cingular Syste...
