So what is it with dead fashion trends coming back?
Bellbottoms died in like the 80's, and came back in the 90's.
Capris died in the 70's and came back in like '02.
"popped collars" died with Dracula, and now are back.
I kid you not, I've seen 3 or 4 'gangstas' today with topknots... didn't that die with samurais in fuedal japan? They're like "Bling bling most honorable nigga-san" LOL 🤣

So its mid afternoon, so im just hanging out, waiting for that lunch rush, so it finally comes, so this lady comes up to me, she says she wants a line with us, she knows which phone, a ton of features and like 2 accs, i knew this was gonna be too easy

Me: (after running her credit) Umm, Maam, it came back a $250 deposit.

Cus: WHAT?!?!?!, how can that be, what did YOU do wrong?!?

Me: I havent done anything wrong miss, i entered your info the same way i enter everyone elses.

So... i realize that some people on here are bored. For this, I will start a story to entertain you all... I will tell you all about crazy pete. Crazy Pete is a name we made up at this store for this guy, who believe it or not, is crazy. This man has several quirks. For one, though we have 2 doors, he will only enter and exit through one of them. There was once he started to go out the other door, and he let out the most gut-wrenching scream, and started making clicks and beeps. He fell down and crawled out the other door. I don't know if this was just an agent grubbing for a sale and not bothering to explain things well to the customer or the customer being a complete idiot. I'm thinking it's a combination of the two.

She's only approved for 3 lines. The Account Review Team says she's already got 3 lines. Hmm.

We look back to the 20th of this month, yes, she added a line, a T309. Well turns out she thought we'd just messed up and sent her an extra SIM card for her replacement for a phone she destroyed with no insurance.

My coworker had an a customer who wanted to port her number over from Verizon to T-Mobile. Well, she failed to let him know that she wasn't out of contract. Today she calls the store demanding that T-Mobile pay the early termination fee. WTF? I explained that because she wanted to keep her number and go with another company, she cancelled her previous account. She sweared up and down that my coworker made a mistake and cancelled. Because she didn't want to cancel Verizon until a next month. (Then why didn't you wait until then? 😕 ) I nicely told her that my coworker was handling it and wished her a nice day. My T- Mobile rep already told me that he was pretty sure they would not be paying the fee. That's why whenever I port over I have them...

I've had six people (freaking idiots) asking about the STUPID Sidekick 3 today. I hate that bloody freaking device and it's not even out yet. Hate It. More than the RAZR.

And it's a bunch of those chuckleheads who haven't got a credit card and probably haven't got any credit because they probably also don't have a job.

idiot puts his Blackberry on top of his truck? They're not insured. That's a BAD idea. Even if they were insured, that's a terrible idea. Sucks for him. But, he should have known, he has a history of phones not lasting long with him. i.e. phone in the lake a few months ago, Blackberry on the truck. Some people.

I haven't had a customer come in in close to 2 hours now and the last one that did just wanted to yell at me because there bill was too high. Its not my fault that you got on the web and racked up $80 in charges I offered a PCS vision plan to you a month ago and warned you about web charges so why would you come back in complaining about them. on a side note if I do commit suicide I will make sure to take her with me

I work in an outdoor mall which is not that bad of an idea at first look. I live in Florida which is of course the sunshine state but everybody who lives here knows that in the summer it rains every afternoon so what were they thinking building a mall that is entirely outside and worse then that what was I thinking applying here at the beginning of the summer god I am just as stupid as them 😳 your thoughts?

I just had a customer yell at me because she was on her home computer trying to download on Jamster.com to her phone and kept getting page cannot be displayed and it's my fault. How? Because she is trying to access a web page from another company for ringtones for her Cingular phone so we need to make sure their sites work. Crazy people
