Adult material on exchanged phones.

Has anyone ever found adult/xxx video clips taken by the customer on a phone either exchanged or returned in your retail store? I had a fairly young couple, mid 30s, exchange their Samsung A920s for A900s a few months ago and had shot at least ten thirty second videos, with sound mind you, of their sexual escapades in their vehicle, in their kitchen, bedroom, backyard, etc. The stuff they shot would have made even Ron Jeremy and the late Johm Holmes blush. I can't even fathom why people would leave stuff like that on their phones knowing they were exchanging them. What are society has degraded itself into these days. No, I didn't try to save them either.

Mixing business with pleasure? Help me out.

I'm a sales rep ( with the company often associated with a bright orange theme - lol), and had an interesting interaction with a customer today.

The customer was a young lady, around my age (20) - and she was really attractive. A solid 11 out of 10.

Anyhow, she came to my store, talked to me for a bit, asked the usual questions a customer asks when they're thinking about getting an upgrade etc... anyhow, it turns out she can't upgrade for another 5 weeks.

I was wrapping up with her, and I gave her a business card - told her to come by the store in a few weeks - did my usual pitch to hope to get someone back etc. Anyway, as she's about to leave, she asks if my cell phone number is on my card. I said, "The store number is on th...

Customer went to jail and...

said he sent 4 letters to our store (a mall location) requesting to stop his service. Problem is, once I saw the address he was sending them to, it was the generic T-Mobile address for the mall (there are 3 indirect dealers, it could have gone to any one of them... or us). Second problem is, we can't cancel/suspend service through a letter (obviously). His account has since been sent to collections (owes $370).

The guy wants us to take away the charges because he was in jail, since it was our fault he got there n all. The best part about this customer was he took 40 minutes of my time while my co-workers got activations.

*Side Note: Does it ever make anyone else uncomfortable when people bring up the race thing? This guy was like (us...

FRICKIN FRAUD AND FLOOZIES

i hate the fact that people who deact on t-mobile service don't have to return the phones they purchase. i had a cust activate a t-mobile kidconnect 2 months ago, i gave her a good phone for free...bein the nice guy that i am, one week later she frickin deacts on me and keeps the phone. whatever thats cool she got a phone, and i got a deact i can handle the loss. same chick comes in a few days ago, i recognized her from afar, so immediately my guard was up and there was no way she was going to get anything at any kind of a discount. after two hours of threats of calling security, raised voices and arguments about why she can't get two free high end phones for 1 new line of service. she left the store activating one line and buying a mid...

a customer bet me $100 that he could buy a cingular phone and use it with his Verizon service. Hahahahahaha.........thank you sir for your complete and total stupidity. You just paid for my booze tonight!!!!!!I love dumbasses sometimes!!!!!!!!!!!! 🤣 🤣

So...WTF?!?! This guy just walks up to my kiosk and grabs a pen and a post-it pad, wrote a note, took the paper and left...Didn't say a word when I asked him how he was doing...when I asked how can I help you, still, no response...Do I look like a personal stationary shop?!?! 😳

This customer gets a reward !

For being stupid. 😡

She calls in and tell me she left 3 cell phones in the back of the pick up truck and it started down pouring. I was finishing up her claim and she said that the display was terrible and if she gets the same phone is she going to have the same problem? 😳
I said "maam, it was exposed to a lot of water that can happen to any type of phone."

Now I let it slide when she was telling me it was expo to water and they all 3 have the same phone and the display is messed up. After that though I had to say something. 🙄

What do you want from me?

Im setting up this business customer. Every time i say something i have to repeat it. EVERY TIME. Its getting annoying and im getting frustrated. Im sure he could sense some frustration in my voice, but ive been doing this for a long time and i know he couldnt sense much. I was being respectfull, but i raised my tone so i can maybe say something without having to say it twice. He flips out, starts telling me not to yell at him and hangs up! Can you friggin believe it? i need a new job. 😡

any input or tips to maximizing commission and taking advantage of the pay structure...i haven't had too much luck with it even though i am surpassing quota and my equip. is not low??? what is the secret...if there is one?

Black Friday

This is my first holiday season in the cell phone business. I've worked retail in a value department store for a few Thanksgivings, and I'm used to the craziness, but I am wondering how busy the cell phone stores get. Black Friday is more of a day for value purchases, I can't see anyone making an educated buying decision.

Anyone have any input?

but if you don't know what a PDA is, you don't need it...

this guy just wanted to get the Q without looking at it or knowing what a PDA is... I hand him the display model and puts it to his ear and asks

boost mobile phones
