This 50+ year old lady with an LG 550 (why, I don't know...) came in three times yesterday with questions. Luckily I didn't have to deal with her but today she came in because the tard had set it so that every call she answered was automatically on speakerphone. I have that phone and I didn't even know you could do that. Anyway she started by telling me her son said that if she kept going back there she would make one of us commit suicide...charming.
She's far too old for that phone and dealing with her made my day go to **** really quickly.

What many customers fail to understand, is that we run profit generating businesses. There is no point for any wireless company to give away things for free. Be happy you can get a free phone on a two-year contract.

Be happy that my accessories don't cost more than $24.99. To me, $24.99 isn't much money for a car-charger. I use mine, and it saves my a$$ all the time.

Texting costs money. We don't offer unlimited texting. (Cingular) You can get it your first month, and that's it. It's a gimmick. Get used to it.

It's a camera phone. Be happy that it takes pictures of any real quality at all. It's a phone first. Then a camera. Then maybe an MP3 player.

I'm really sick and tired of NVP discounts (discounts you get from where you work). I make it clear to customers that prorated bills are hard to understand even though you're not paying any MORE than you normally would you will get a larger bill. And also, it takes like 90 days for it to get added.

No matter how many times I tell people it will take three months, they always come in with their next bill asking why the discount isn't on there. I don't even offer it to people anymore. They are a pain in my ass!

I haven't had this problem but friends of mine have. Is it w/sprint's upgrade policy that anytime you change your esn your upgrade date gets changed as well? Can anyone tell me more about that or where it's printed? I mean, look at this way... A person broke their phone and had to activate an old phone until their upgrade and their upgrade eligibility gets moved back because of that?

ok the thing that irks me the most.

customer comes in with an issue they want you to solve but every time you open your mouth they just start yapping and won't let you finish! if you know so much and i know so little why the hell did oyu come to me for help!!!

this happends to me 3-4 times a week and the person is always black. some one please help me am i racest or is that simaler to your experiance? or option number three i am racest but it is true 😳

And "Dick" isn't a complete uncommon name, although it is slightly comical.

And unless you're in the adult film industry, you shouldn't have this man's name.

Do you Sprint customer care people get some sort of compensation for renewing contracts? Because THREE EFFING TIMES today I had people come in who customer care renewed their ****ing contract today for NO APPARENT REASON and now when I upgrade their phones I get no credit off of it. It's really starting to piss me off.

i know that i get paid with some commission but there are some damn customers that i just don't want to activate. these are the ones that are just a pain in the ass and have DEACT written all over their face. also some are current customers that want to add a line. i've already seen how they act in the store from time to time, why the hell would i want to be attached to them...jeez the nerve
