time do sprint stores close

Do all stores close at 8 or b4 just wanted to know im in customer service on red phones and do not get off until 10 30 ๐Ÿคจ

how late do you guys stay open?

So I work in a stand alone store next to a grocery store and we are open till 10 p.m. Last night we didn't have a customer after 7. Today it seems like it is the same thing. How late do you guys stay open?

I think I would go postal if it weren't for my orange cingular stress ball, sometimes.

I like imagining that it's Jack's head and squeezing the life out of it makes me feel just that much better.

Wow......Just wow

๐Ÿ˜ณ I thought I've seen and heard it all...until now. A visitant just walked into my store, looked at the rate plans on the wall, picked up the Migo, and with the straightest, most serious face, asked if someone left their cell phone here by mistake. ๐Ÿ˜ณ It wasn't even a live model. It was a dummy phone. I'm speechless to the point that I'm surprised I've written this much already. ๐Ÿ˜ณ

This is wiggy wiggy whack people.

The Sanyo 3100s are free for new service on the Sprint website yet the Sanyo 2400s(the non camera version of the 3100s) at $19.99. Unless someone has a job where camera phones are not permitted, why would anyone want the Sanyo 2400 when the 3100 is a step up and free aside from a few color choice diffences in between the two models?

AARRGGGHHH!

I hate my job so much. It totally sucks big time. I sit at a desk all day and listen to ignorant people yell at me because THEY racked up a gigantic friggin bill, and I'M supposed to credit them back for it...No way. It's so boring. Does anybody else work for Sprint customer care and feel the same way? Everybody come on in and vent about your job! Woo hoo!!!!! ๐Ÿคจ

Any person who comes into my location, I hate.

And until they make me some commission, I continue to hate them.

But I extend my hate with a nice, big smile.

Sprint ?

I have a sprint service and work in customer service w/another carrier. I'm thinking someone that works for sprint can help me out w/this....

I want to change my telephone #, but I don't want my # to appear to people when I send them text messages, any way to get around that? Probably not, but any sugguestions may help! Thanks

For the Love of Pete!

Okie dokie.. so the story begins with a customer mad as a h*ll at one of our mall locations. First she was told to get a phone from Chicago (we're in Des Moines) because it would be cheaper. ๐Ÿ™„ Not possible with US Cellular. So she comes back and gets a couple of phones. She goes to the same mall! ๐Ÿ˜ณ Dumb a$$. If some place makes me mad.. I'm not going back! OK! So They can't do her phonebook transfers and they send her here. ๐Ÿ˜ก Well guess what; we can't either. I offer to drive her phones to another location and get it done and bring them back. OH NO! She just grabbed her phones and stormed out. ๐Ÿ‘€

She came back. One of the phones is now missing. Somewhere between my store and furniture store.. she los...

May i have you mobile number please?

when i ask for their number, i can usally get the actual mobile number without and trouble; HOWEVER, i am surprised how many times people rattle off their home phone, their mobile without their zip (we have two zips here in charlotte), or shockingly don't even KNOW their own number. they either have it stored in their own phone, they have it written down on a piece of paper in their nappy purse that takes forever to find, OR they have no way to even get their number. i end up having to dial my number from their own phone so it comes up on caller ID. it's shocking. i ask them, "how do you give your number out?!" they either say they don't or that they just call the person. i mean, this is the VERY BEGINNING of a transaction here in the sto...

non-mall stores...

For anyone in a non-mall store...how is you day going? I had a busy morning, but it has settled down a little bit. I hope it picks up again.

I just assume the mall guys and gals are too busy to get on phonescoop, but if anyone from a mall store is on, how's your day going?

Is that not common sense.

UPS doesn't run on the weekend... has it ever? I don't think is has.

Why then do people swear that they were told they would receive their phone on a Saturday and start screaming and ranting because they have been waiting all day (it's noon, if you had the day free I doubt you would have been out the door by now anyways.) Overnight has, as far as I knew, always meant only business days.

What this cust said about cing

Cust called in said he went to an independant store and they didn't tell him he had insurance instead the rep sold him a Sam Zx20 and the cust also claims that the guy said he would give him a discount. And without telling him he signed some papers and now is in a 2 year contract. Now that phone is damaged and it's uninsurable. And now he is pissed ๐Ÿ‘ฟ
Tell me that doesn't happen please.
