Some people

I just had a lady come in with a N6102i. She claims the phone just turned off on her without warning and now wont turn on.

M- Is the phone charged?

C- well i charged it a few days ago.

M-do you recall when that was?

C-ya it was last sunday.

M-well your phone will need to be charged more often than once ever five days if you use it for any sustained time.

C-No it should last just fine.

M-No really you need to charge it more often.

If they come in for support why do they argue with you? She then had the nerve to ask me for a new carcharger to replace the one she bought over 6 months ago! It has never worked apparently. 🙄

c: I am a female.

m: 😳 I am sorry ma'am

c: *customer left*

M - A...what?

C - I gots me a rez phone.

M - A what phone?

C - Reservation phone.

M - Oh. A Cellular One phone.

C - Yeah. Is that the same as this?

******************************
M (while doing credit check) - Can I get your home phone number?

C - Yeah, it's 928.......

M - >_<

C - I don't have a phone.
******************************
M - Did you want just one line?

C - Well, yeah. I've only got one mouth.

M - I was just unsure if you wanted one individual line or a family plan with multiple lines.

Seriously people, it shouldn't be possible to be this dumb ...

What is the worst reason for...

...a customer wanting to return a phone? Right now I have a customer on the phone wanting to return his cingular cell phone because as of recent. cingular has it so you have to dial the area code, even on a local call. and he cant comprehend that he needs to store the name in his phone book with the area code. so he wants to return the phone. 🤣

lets hear yours?

What do you have to do to be a manager again?

I work 14 hour days - often.

I work 6 days a week - often.

I'm number one in my division in sales - always.

My customers love me - except a few, but I hate them back.

I have only missed one day of work, and that was due to a scheduling error.

When I was asked to transfer to a different location, I asked for manager, and they told me "lead sales".

I don't think I'm out of line to request a manager's position. Is it?

Feedback?

Strangest... Customer... EVER!

I just had a guy come in to my store and when I asked how he was doing, he just stared blankly at me like I asked him a geometry question.

Moving past the awkward silence I asked what I can help him with and he says to pull up his account.

When I ask for his cell number he replies "none." ... huh?

Apparently he wants me to run credit as he has just handed me his license and social security card. I run it and up comes a large deposit (big surprise right?). I tell him and he seemed to expect it, but be upset at the same time.

The following 15 minutes consisted of him not finishing a single sentence, telling me it's obvious we're not going to be doing business and then telling me to sell him something. He rambled about nothing in pa...

Hi everyone!

Long time lurker, first time poster. Now that we've entered the lowest depths of Christmas retail hell (my kiosk is literally 20 feet from Santa's workshop, kill me now), my rage can no longer be contained! My introductory rant:

I am not the customer service booth, nor a mall directory. When I'm polite enough anyway to direct you to the nearest restrooms, the proper response is "thank you," not "GOD, why are they so far away! You should move them closer! This mall needs more bathrooms!"

I totally agree! I would like nothing more than a restroom right next to the kiosk! I don't enjoy sprinting to the the other wing of the mall to take the quickest pee possible so that I don't have enraged customers b*tching and moaning when I get back....

Talk about wearing 3 hats to work...

Well people, it looks like Gary Forsee is adding yet another hat to his head regarding executive positions in Sprint Nextel Inc. as the COTB after the current one, Tim Donahue, retires at the end of the year. Remember Len Lauer, the former COO of Sprint Nextel Inc., who was bounced from them this past August? He just got scarfed by Qualcomm as their CVP to overseee the various wireless units of theirs.

Thank you Tim for your dedication and drive...

Good Morning my fellow cellular reps!

The weather this morning is foggy, drizzling, my mood completely! ☹️ I feel like a robot. I've been working 6 days a week, extra hours on the days I do work, all for the joys of Christmas! 👿 But I can't be too mad, b/c as soon as I open I had a new activation. I hope the day continues like this, Customers coming in knowing what they want without all the drama!

Blackberry Pearl & Dash are not Toys

Is it me or is anyone else sick of people, who have no need for a blackberry, buying the Pearl cause they think its cool? Same thing with the Dash.

I try, as a good salesman should do, to steer people into what will work for them, not what they will look good holding. But some people are stubburn.

I'm tired of dealing with braindead people asking questions about a phone they shouldnt have.

The worst is when they buy it and don't even get the internet with it.

Anyone who works for Sprint Corporate, income tax question

Okay, since our commission comes as a seperate check, they tax us at 40% luxury, as if it some kind of bonus.

How does that work out at tax season... I would assume I would get 30% of that back, as income tax is theoretically 10% for my income bracket.

Im a Married male, mid 20s, claiming 0 on my check.. anyone in the same situation care to advise?

worst kind of call

I hate having a coworker call me at 7:00 am asking if I can come in on my day off and work their shift because they don't feel well. I know he was out drinking last night, so I said "sorry...your hangover is not my problem." About 10 minutes later, the manager calls and asks if I can go open the store. I reply with "that's fine, but when his hung-over-ass wakes up, I want to go home." Apparently, coworker has decided to take an entire sick day. Even that wouldn't be too bad. I would be out by early afternoon when the next guy gets here. It gets better.

1/2 hour after I open, the manager calls to tell me that the other guy isn't coming in either, so he wants me to work all day. I only do it because I'm broke and need the overtime. ...

I will rip your tongue right out of your head!

Yes, Christmas is coming, that is great. But shut the hell up. My co-worker is sitting at her desk singing away with the damn X-mas CD she put in. I don't mind the music, but shut your damn mouth. I mean really, how am I supposed to concentrate and get any work done when you won't shut up. And you don't have as great of a voice as you think you do.

And know I feel better. Thanks!

Limited Supply.......

Ugh......I hate that! We are indirect and always get everything last. And within the company I work for we have 20 locations, and sometimes we feel like the forgotten red head step children up here so we REALLY get everything last in our company. We finally got a dummy for the red & green chocolate. Ordered some of them, we got 1........1 green and NO red. And we have customers wanting them.....then today find out that LG made a short supply and VZW is out, and we can't get anymore. I hate that we never find this stuff out until we've already got custy's lined up for the stuff. Our company makes us do special order on so many things, but then never tells us when the special order item is out until we've already got a customer waiting ...
