So we've been so cursed busy (insane, like 100 people on cue with 10 minute hold times!) and today we're slow (like 7 agents available) off and on so I'll sit available for a minute or two and have to bring up my call control device just to be certain that I'm not accidentally un-available...

If i knew this ****ing morons first name i would have had her written up. my friend purchased a BB pearl new acto in may . he got the 29.99 bb personal package and 1500 messages 14.99. 2 weeks later he wanted to cancel the 1500 and add unlimited text. the rep on the phone changed his blackberry personal to a SOC code for a blackberry data package for NON RIM DEVICES!!!!!! that package was 44.99 then he hadded unlimited text for 20 bucks. my friends just a customer he didnt request this package nor know it was being added . well he added account notes saying customer agreed to the change. so i called customer service to get him credited back money he was wrongfully charged. i changed his bb internet and text to what he originally wanted then ...

We just had a person quit at a different location. Now I gotta work tomorrow on my day off due to "mandatory overtime". Can a company do that? I was told that if i didnt id get written up. Nothing like putting up with annoying customers for 13 days in a row...

Do you tell customers when they get the insurance that there is a deductible?
I am sure not every one does but it is really annoying when they yell at me about it because they were not told, then they go call care to get credit because they didn't know.

Got a question for you if you are.

I've done this several times so far and I'm not sure exactly what policy is on this.

Basically, the 20 month upgrade (spoken of mythically among indirects) isn't available in our area yet for indirects. I heard rumors they rolled it out in indiana to a few indirects.

In the meantime I found an interesting loophole through customer service (not coos). I found that if I call into customer service and ask if they can move the upgrade date, usually if it's within 4 months of the upgrade date you guys can change the date in the system and let me do the upgrade.

I just called this morning for a customer that was two months from the date in eRoes, but CS would only move the date up a month.

So I had this lady come in and she had one arm, and some scarring on her neck and chin. I ended up getting her and her husband into a family plan and she made a joke....

her-I can't use a pda phone with one arm.

her- YEah, we were driving up the canyon last january and a car from oncoming traffic flew acrrossed the median, I tried to reach out my arm to save my daughter but she got killed and my arm got torn off.

her-I know and to make it worse, i just finished my masters degree in nursing and I can't do that anymore and my son died the month before. But I'm retired now.

I work at a kiosk in a mall thats about as busy as a cemetery. Some how a stool ended up in the kiosk. I know how lazy it would look to sit down but as the same time customers have made comments about how we shouldn't have to stand all day. I used to sit at my old store front location but I could hope up every time a car pulled up.
