Is this wrong?

We sell faceplates and protective covers at out store. Among those we sell v3 faceplates. Now, RAZR faceplates are hard to put on and dangerous (really easy to damage the phone). Because of this, I refuse to put it on. My boss knows this. Once in a while I will get a customer who will still want it. I tell them before I sell it to you that I won't put it on, and recomend the protective covers. I also tell them that there will be no refunds no matter what (exchange only). I sold one to this guy last night telling him all this. He comes back with his girlfriend this morning expecting me to change it. I tell him what I told him last night. He demands his money back. I told him no, exchange only. Is this wrong? I don't even know why we still sel...

Yeah. . . ya did!

Person clearly changed their plan 5 months ago. There was a note in the acct saying ____ ci to change their plan to blah, offered and agreed to.

Now they have the guff to say "I never did that" five thousand times. Like I have a quota that they have to meet before I will adjust their valid charges.

Nope not gonna happen. Pay your $2,000 plus bill that you havent paid since you changed the plan.

secret shoppers kinda long

had a secret shopper in our store last week. the shop was on my boss. he has had these shops before, my point is that he had received a bad score from a secret shopper.28 pts. I was in the store when this person came in. He (my boss) did everything right ,secret shopper didn't like him. so he almost and still might lose his job. How can they have so much control over our jobs like that . discuss

...getting ticked off at me because I can't pull a good used HIGH END CAMERA PHONE WITH VIDEO AND MUSIC out of my freakin rear to sell them for...here's the great part...the guy really believes it's possible...TEN FREAKIN DOLLARS!!! GO BACK SMOKING YOUR CRACK, OR, BETTER YET, QUICK SMOKING CRACK AND YOU'LL HAVE MONEY TO BUY YOUR GD REPLACEMENT PHONE!!!

Sorry. Just had to rant a bit. I've had 5 people today give me attitude because I don't just happen to have a huge stockpile of used phones to sell. I wish they'd could all have a clue forced into them.

crazy lady

I had a woman who came in 2 weeks ago complaining that she was spending too much money on prepay. She had an old plan that charged $0.25 per minute during the day and $0.15 on the nights and weekends. She only had a local plan and local calling.

She was sick of spending $250 plus per month for calling. I suggest the VZW Easypay plan. I showed both the $50 and $70 option. Either one had a lower daytime rate, 3000 N&W min, and Unlimited IN calling. This plan would save her money just on the daytime rate alone. She signed up and left happy.

She walked through the door today complaining that she has no time left on her phone. Before I could say anything, she started swearing loudly at her phone. She walked out the door and dropp...

Do we look like a credit review service?

I just had a customer come in and ask for a credit check. We ran it, and he came through no deposit. So I asked him if he wanted to look at plans or phones.

"Oh, no thanks, I already have Sprint."

๐Ÿคจ "Then why have me do a credit check?"

"To see what my credit score is."

this is rediculous!!

not only is my boss having me work a longer shift( form open to close) but im gonna work by myself all day at a store that is very slow. we cant sit down and cant go on the internet do to firewalls. and on top of that he told me to take a half hour lunch instead of my usual hour.
This sux i need to start looking for another job. i swear they do nothing hear to boost morale. ๐Ÿ˜ก

Does anyone alese hate their jobs???

is it just me or armenians very stingy and rude? my boss is armenian.

Here we go again...

We use a billing system that is mainly used for business accounts. In some cases, a phone number from the business account is then transfered into a personal financial responsibility. But somehow, when adding a new line, personal credit and activations tells me I still need to talk to business credit and activations, and business credit and activations tells me I need to talk to personal credit and activations.

Meanwhile, the customer is being a douche, huffing and puffing in a chair by the wall, asking me every five minutes how much longer it will be.

Argg.

At least I start vacation after this...

Don't you just love it when some tried to return something that they didn't buy in your store... Or in your STATE for that matter.

Yes. Let me give you a new car charger because you bought that from an indirect in GA. ๐Ÿ™„

The best part was her argument: "But I have the receipt". Okay, so if I go to Best Buy with a receipt from Wal-Mart, they should give me my money back?? Hmmm... ๐Ÿคจ

is playing on my stores radio... which is awesome because if i heard one more poppy piece of crap song i was going to scream... now its a sing along...

and the rep im working with is wondering why i know this "old song by a band no ones ever heard of"...

i wonder if i can write her up for not knowing "runaway train" is one of their biggest songs and that the band is awesome...

I transfered some MP3's to my v9, but the songs arent in the same order as they are on my computer and original CD? why is that and how do I fix it?

usage rant

if you don't trust the person who has a line on you're account and calling into customer care every night to check usage why don't you just take the dang thing away from them? If you think that they are cheating you have bigger problems than needing to check to see who they have called last? Sorry just had to get that out ๐Ÿ‘ฟ

Someone requested a sup... I got on the phone...She wanted to complain about her service and how she couldnt get a signal anywhere... Her service was suspended for non-pay 2 weeks ago... You would think someone would have told her that...
