I work inside a Sams Club, so it's usually pretty busy. I'm helping a guy with his BT headset and I suddenly feel a tugging on my shirt. I turn around and some little girl, maybe 6 or 7 years old is standing there. I say just one minute and finish up with the other guy. I turn back around to see this girl with a frantic look on her face. I'm thinking she is lost. But no....
Her: I HAVE TO HAVE THAT PINK RAZR!!!
Me: It is pretty cool huh?
Her: GIVE IT TO ME!!!
Me: Well, you have to be 18 to sign up in order to get one or it's a lot of money.
Her: How much?
Me: $300.
Her: Done. Can I charge it? I HAVE TO HAVE IT RIGHT THIS SECOND!!! (she actually pulled out a credit card)
Me: 😳

Luckily her mom walked up and dragged her off saying...

yes, another old person story, just love how they continually annoy with their assumption that because they have a phone, and it's not working, you must drop your tasks and give them a new free phone...

the old lady telling me "it just cuts off!" to ALL my questions "does it shut off, is the screen still on, do you press the power button while talking, does it power off, can you see the light on the phone when the call ends suddenly, is the power still on, how can you be so stupid and still be allowed out of the nursing home...."

I currently sell indirect, it is the second indirect company I have worked at, I have been doing this for three years and I have always been top in my store. I have an interview for on the best COR stores tomorrow and if I get the job I will at least double my current income. From my understanding their style of selling is a bit more hard core then what most indirects do. I am a great multi tasker and have been longing for a busier location. I normally nail interviews but I just got called about the job and have the interview less then 24 hours after the call about the opportunity.

So please reply with your best ideas/advice for me!

To dress up like a phone flip phone and stand along an empty parking lot across the street from a Sprint agent to try to "drive traffic" in? I know, I sure don't.....and that kid looks sooooooooo funny out there!!!!!!! 🤣

I am having one of the worst nights i can possibly have. I work at dobson's cust service call center. I am sick(very sick), and i had put in for overtime since it was offered 2 weeks ago. I can't call off or i could get fired, so i come in to work my 14 hour shift, coughing, sniffling, and sneezing uncontrolably. I come to find out the techs are doing maintenence on our billing systems tonight(ugh) which means we have to tell any cusomters who call in "I'm sry our systems are currently down due to maintenence so i can only answer general information questions for you at this time." I'm sure anyone who works or has worked a cust service job in a 24hour call center can attest to how they would rather goudge out their own eyeballs with a baby s...

i cant never understand why when i ask people if they need help finding anything they look at me, dont answer, then go back to looking. then they clear their throat, i ask them again, and they ask me one question. then i ask them another question and they again, dont listen. DONT IGNORE ME!!!!!

K, I sell cell phones, yes, but I am not a genius and I don't know everything that can go wrong with my phones. So when I call to find out why my month old Nokia 6133 for T Mobile has a completely white screen on the mini display and main display and taking out the battery and putting it back in does not work, I expect to get some kind of answer. No. The lady on the phone from T Mobile does not understand what I'm trying to say.
Me: My screen is completely white.
Her: So like the phone is shutting off?
Me: No, like it's on, but I have no screen saver, no bars telling me my reception, no indication of battery life, no wallpaper, no clock, no little thing saying Menu Go To or T-zones. It's just white. But if I hit the middle navigation ke...

Honestly. Today has been ****ty from the start.

First off, I woke up with a sinus infection, however, it was after 8 AM, so i couldn't call off work.

While driving to work, I had the pleasue of meeting a lovley PA State Trooper, who of course, gave me a speeding ticket for 82 in a 65. I of course didn't have a current insurance card in my car for some reason, so now, within the next 5 days, I have to find it and go down to the police station and show it to them.

I'm stuck here till 8 PM tonight and I feel like absolute ****. Honestly I don't know if I'm gonna get anything done for the rest of the night. I have to count phones and I just got two huge boxes of them, so I don't even have enough room on the shelves to put them all.

I hate my job. I was 3 hours late today because I'm sick and I'm tired of dealing with people. I also just started hating my other job...They want my team to work with the AMG team which means more money (which is nice) and more work (which is not so nice). And the people from the AMG team are all snooty and rude...I feel like I'm dealing with a self-important AT&T customer everytime I talk to someone in their group...

..."I can't get a free phone on prepay??? I know I just told you that my credit is horrible and VZW would want a $400 deposit, but can't you just give me the phone if I promise to keep using it for at least a few months and buy all of my minutes from you? Or could I pay with a check to get started? "

Mind you, the woman was filthy, rode a rusted bike up to the store, and pulled a crumpled up check with a man's name on it out of her pocket when she decided to try to just "pay for a phone".

Has anybody here worked at both and which one would you say is better to work for?

I use VZW...when I txt/sms to VZW, bam, it goes thru...when I txt/sms Mrs Lapdog using my VZW to her TMO handset, the lag time is outrageous...anywhere from 30 seconds to an hour...what is the "simple" explanation for this?

Anybody having problems with this thing yet. Can't possibily be any worse than the original razr let me know please.

what do you guys think about this website? & also, when i try to download a theme off the site to my phone it says "web: unsupported content type"

what does that mean & how do i fix it?
