sir, you know what? You are right...

I clearly don't know what I was talking about... you being someone who hasn't paid their bill and I'm someone who stares at phones all day and sees more cellphone info and accounts than he does his own wife CLEARLY i am in the wrong and phones, plans, what you owe and the 1 1/4 year I worked I here I stared at a corner and jerked off all day. Now since we are sharing brains allow me to explain that

NO i cannot fix your phone while your on it.

NO there is nothing wrong with your plan and your bill.

NO speaking to supervisor will not fix the issue at hand.

I don't care if you feel like you're getting bad customer service... my ID # is ******* and I don't care if you are recording because the tech department that you NEED to speak ...

For one company, FISA wiretaps carry a $1K pricetag

Although the scope of surveillance conducted under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act remains shrouded in secrecy, newly disclosed documents show the costs one company charges the government to eavesdrop on customers.

Comcast, which is among the nation's largest telecommunication companies, charges $1,000 to install a FISA wiretap and $750 for each additional month authorities want to keep an eye on suspects, according to the company's Handbook for Law Enforcement. Secrecy News obtained the document and published it Monday.

believe it or not sir-

long before there were cell phones, there were lawyers/doctors/business men. while i understand that your phone not working is frustrating, your life is not over. although sometimes i wish that were the case. if you ARE losing thousands of dollars without it, perhaps you should go to a store and purchase one outright. i'm sure you can afford it since your 'business' selling knockoff designer sunglasses from your trunk is booming and you're SOOO important.

Hey just FYI the new ROKR has a great little feature not many people know about, it has a magnetic clip that will stick to your skeletal frame... It uses fision to cling to your skeletal framing system.. It's awesome!! No one really know about it though!

First off I have to laugh! 🤣

Ok so this guy walks up to me and tosses his phone on my counter, yeah he actually throws the phone about 6" in the air and lets hit hit my counter top. Than he proceeds to tell me all about how he's a commercial truck driver and he needs an extremely durable phone that he can't break. I don't even say a word, I just sat there and looked at him like he was an idiot. Without hesitation he continues to tell me what a crappy phone he had and that the sales person who sold him his phone was an idiot and blah blah blah they won't let me upgrade and blah blah blah (I'm sure you've all heard it before). ...doesn't mean it's true.

This lady got her phone wet and killed it completely. Her friend told her that it would be covered under warranty. Sorry lady. Not true. That was 15 minutes of my day wasted.

This other lady has an analog plan from At&t and she has been getting extra charges and has been told her service will be terminated. She insisted that we bring her same phone, phone number, plan, etc. to VZW. I explained that we could allow her to keep her phone number, but her plan and phone would have to change. She insisted that we HAD to do this for her because her friend said we could. I even explained that VZW won't have analog as of Feb. of next year and that wasn't good enough.

Quit wasting my time people...

the sup call

our sups obviously hate taking these calls. so, even if a cust is asking for something you wouldn't usually do, if i think they're going to escalate, i always ask a sup for approval. so my sup says no, and then the cust wants to talk to him...he gets on the phone, AND DOES THE EXACT THING I JUST ASKED ABOUT! which just makes it look like i'm an idiot who doesn't know what they're doing, and further gets the idea ingrained in their heads to immediately ask for a sup so they can get what they want.

Phone as a tissue?

WTF??!! This guy came in and said his phone wasn't working and wanted to see if he could get a new one. He wasn't eligible for an upgrade, didn't have insurance and the phone was out of warranty. I then asked him what was wrong and he got red and said "Well I was desperate and used it as a tissue..." 😳
Seriously? Wow.... Then he proceeded to get angry when I said he was kinda out of luck. And was surprised when I said how much a full price phone was. Why are people still shocked over this? Seriously. There are so many options now to help your phone live and people disregard them and b!tch about how we do nothing for them and get upset and angry and shocked when I say that "free" phone is actually $220.

dumbest lady possible.....

this lady comes to my booth and demands that we refund her the bill she paid almost 2 months ago...first off thats not possible and second if it was i still wouldn't do it bacause the phone has been shut off due to NONPAYMENT..the dumb arse didn't even pay the bill here...she did a debit by phonei tell her there is no way to get bak a payment that was made especially if it has been that long and she proceeded to tell me that she knew lawyers that would sue ME(???) and the company i work for...i do believe she is a few crayons short of a full box...other than her, this mall has been completely dead (except for goth kids who look like they r already dressed for halloween)

The Devil

I can honestly say this lady was the devil. Lately I've had a lot of nice people to talk to but this lady takes the cake. A supervisor in another center offered her the E62 for free... I told her we had discontinued that phone but could offer her something comparable...she flipped

She got see abusive that it had me so upset I was seeing red. Normally I just blow it off but this lady was evil. No one has been able to push my buttons like that in a long time...a VERY long time. She requested another manager and I told her they couldnt order it because we dont have it in stock. She went off again and when I finally got her to shut up I waited 15 mins for another manager. ugly phone!!!

i know i will be hated for this by some but oh well...i recently saw the vzw env...ugly...although it has some pretty cool features on it...the phone itself is horrible, i hate large phones and with this one you might as well strap an antenna to a brick and paint a keyboard on it...let me know if you like or dislike it and why

This is confusing me..

AT&T currently does not have a package for customers who send text messages to international
destinations. No other U.S. carrier offers an international text messaging package making this package
a unique offering within the wireless industry.

We are doing training so does this mean our no package is unique?

VZW people: we don't have contract extensions for calling plan changes..

We no longer extend the contracts do not tell customers or other reps this like someone tried to do to me today.

Dude I hate those retarded phones!! I swear the make the worst product I have ever seen!! Luckily we've been selling them for a penny and now they are almost all gone at last!! All the chargers are junk!! I've had to replace two chargers already today that have been junk!
