When everyone you talkto

tries to get out of reshipping you a phone. And the only person willing to reship you out a phone is a person you haven't opened your mouth to (but let me do it). This should be a comment on your charecter.

Att people, any porting specialists here?

I have a guest coming in to switch from tmobile to att tomorrow but i had a question.

She has her tmo acct established in MN with a WI area code. MN and WI are different market regions.

So my question is will she be able to port her number over? If so what market do i do the activation under.

Iirc you cant use the WI market cause the tmo acct was established in MN, but if i use the MN market, i dont think it will allow me to port a WI area code phone number. Is this correct? Am i screwed? Any advice? Please help. I am using posII if this is any help

Wht does my job think that being open an extra hour will generate more buisness?

Expecially when that hour is from 9pm-10pm.

👿 i just had the most stupid call, spent 30 mins of my life explaining a customer the VM passcode!!!, we were back and forth with our payments, acc code!!! how can someone not understand 4 digits XD

the most b@$+@rd caller i've ever had.

was polite. was quiet. demanded I go through 8 markets of cell phone numbers to look for 4 random numbers he absolutely insisted on having (but couldn't get).

And then decides to cancel because of the california state luxury tax.
